I guess this is our second time booking with them. We got a problem at first because we booked in an app.and thought that our accomodation was exactly the same with the picture and the same price for 2 adults and 1 child. But then when we arrived we are given a different room and even charged for an extra charge for the kid in top up of the ones we reserved online. We are a bit hesitant to pay more as it was expensive but an hour later the manager called us for a refund. So still a good service though.

This is the first time that happened to us, coz we already travelled a lot of times during holidays or even just a weekend getaway. Everytime we booked in an online app, whatever the price of the reserved room online would still be the price actual whatever room is available and there should only an additional charge if ever the guest was not declared during the online reservation. Overall, we're glad that the manager took an action regarding my wife's complain. Kudos!

We made a booking an Executive Queen Room for two nights. When we arrived the hotel, the front desk could not find our booking. After the lady checked, she said Booking.com cancelled our booking, this shocked us. All Executive Queen Rooms were fully booked. As we are a family of three, twin room not fit us. They only have Two Bedroom Apartments available. The lady was kind to offer a special discount to us. So finally we stayed in a very nice Two Bedroom Apartment. I sent an email to Booking.com to reflect this problem, but no reply yet. This apartment is spacious, private locked up garage, comfortable sofas and big flat TV in the living room, big dining table in the dining room, fully equipped and big fridge in kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms, big bathroom, separate toilet with wash basin, shared backyard. Good lighting in all area of the apartment, neat and tidy, nice decorated. A shopping mall (Clifford Gardens Shopping Ctr) just cross the road (James St), with two supermarkets, department store, banks etc., very convenient.

We liked the facilities it had everything we needed. We travelled for work and having a comfy couch to watch tv instead of laying on a bed was nice. So good to have covered parking right outside the door (it poured with rain all days we were there and we had stock to bring in and out for work). It felt quite spacious too.

Not a lot I could suggest to change or improve.

A lovely large room with good bench space and small table and chairs. Room was equipped with microwave, kettle toaster and crockery and cutlery. Beds are very comfortable. A large shopping centre is just across the road.

It can be difficult to find at night if their sign is switched off.

Good location. Just across Clifford Garden Shopping centre and walking distance from McDonalds. Closed to Fuel station. Nice spacious room. Clean. Beds comfortable. Everything was great.

The water pressure is very bad and you have to wait a few minutes before having warm water and to get the right temperature between warm and cold water was a little bit tricky. This is the only negative about the room.

The property was ok. There were a few problems at the start (no power for toilet lights and TV etc), but the manager did his best to fix them up. The staff were excellent. The property is a bit old and needs a face lift. The TV was old and there was no remote.

It was able to accommodate 6 families staying for a 4 day Qld State school netball championship

No bbq facility. Not suited for noise due to tradies, other visitors. Unfortunately 6 families brings a lot of kids excited and pumped for comp mode.

Beds were great, rooms were clean, service was exceptional, nice and close to where we needed to be

Ac filters need regular cleaning, it was a hot night for toowoomba and the ac struggled to get cool, after looking at the filters it was evident why.

Very comfortable bed Good water pressure in the shower. Clean room. Good location. Very quiet room

Close to all the various gardens on display. Handy to shops, great bus service from motel to the grand parade, no need to take car.

A few minor things, lights not working, but they were fixed straight away, no problem.
