The motel was as every motel should be but many aren't. It was clean and comfortable and well stocked with all the little extras e.g. tea, coffee, biscuits as well as bathroom accessories. The staff were very obliging and unlike some other establishments not intrusive but available if needed. It was exceptional good value for money and put the previous motel at which I stayed to shame for both facilities and value.

Lovely spacious one bed apartment style layout with sink and microwave. Large shower. Views across racecourse. It's homely. Has detergent and cloth, shower gel and soap dispenser. You get milk and bickies, and they even gave us little vege, honey, jam, butter. It's welcoming.

A bit noisy. Cars from early morning around 5 am on and then some clip clop of horses which was actually pleasant. Just a bit noisy but if you are already asleep probably won't notice. I've stayed twice before and didn't notice but this time found it irritating as was having sinus issues and not sleeping easily. Stairs to be mindful of and Car parks fill up fast though street parking is available if you did miss out. They have a couple extra in driveway entrance under cover so we used one.

The owner was so welcoming lovely place close to the races track, would of been great if a twilight race was.on. nice to watch the horse do track work in the morning. Exactly what your see is what you get, which was great. Property nice and clean well looked after, definitely going to stay again next time when the races are definitely on.

Definitely new pillows, maybe bed extended for the tall people, bed was perfect for me as I'm short.

Location right opposite racecourse, which we could see from window. Had room 7 which was upstairs but had kitchenette, two double beds (one is seperate room), onsite coin operated washing machine and dryer. Staff very friendly and helpful

Was fully booked during our stay and had to park on road due to car parks being full - minor inconvenience.

Extremely clean, spacious one bedroom family unit with kitchenette and single bed nook, which is stocked generously with everything you need, eg. coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, toiletries. Very comfortable suite with TV in lounge room, another in bedroom and practical 2 way bathroom. Just a short drive to dining, parks, attractions and Toowoomba city.

Beds could be more comfortable & need doonah on queen bed and more blankets, as we do not like sleeping with heater/air conditioner on.

Well cared for, very clean, good space. Provision of tea/coffee/butter/jam/honey etc. Soap and shampoo dispenser. Good outlook over the racetrack, very airy. Air con quick to hear the room on a cool evening. Good value for money.

Furnishings were a bit tired and dated, and in need of updating (not the electrical fittings (fridge TV etc) - they were good). Some noise from the racecourse... didn't know that horses would be exercised at 3am. However, I think we were awakened by a couple of loud cars going by (stressing that it wasn't otherwise a noisy street).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Pleasant and Comfortable Stay! Our stay was really pleasant and enjoyable. The room was nicely set up with a great layout and thoughtful touches. The large TV was a nice bonus for winding down, and both the bed and sofas were super comfy — made it feel just like home. Would happily stay again!

It was exactly what we needed, and great value for money. The reception staff were fantastic, welcoming and helpful. The location was excellent for what we needed, and the rooms were very spacious and well appointed. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Toowoomba.

I'd love to thank the staff for being very accommodating to my needs. The team allowed me to stay back late after the checkout hours just to accommodate my special day of university graduation!!! I just requested a really late check out, and the owner was ready to accommodate at no extra cost!!! I would really recommend the place with a 5 star review!!!

Such a wonderful little spot that had everything we needed, easy access, lovely staff. We came for carnival of flowers and the location was great for us to get around a do everything we wanted to do. accommodation was so clean, super comfy bed and quite large room. Staff were lovely and friendly. Had a fabulous stay.
