Friendly, helpful check-in. Welcome snacks provided which was a nice touch. Handy having microwave and toaster.

Unfortunately the traffic noise was more than anticipated. Friday afternoon peak hour from arrival at 4pm until we went out for dinner was constant. Hotel situated at traffic lights so revving off on green was annoying. Many rev-heads after peak hour finished. We also had very noisy neighbours until about 11:30pm each night. Older budget motel reflects price point. Shower towel rails extremely rusty so not great to hung towels on but an easy fix.

I'm a rep that simply needs a clean, comfortable, practical room. First time I stayed here as it was close to a work event. The bed was comfortable with decent pillows. Lamp shade was the touch type for ease of on/off. Shower recess was a good size with good hot water and soaps in the dispensers not the small single use vials. 2x complementary bottles of water, small chocolates, packet of chips, biscuits and usual tea and coffee. Decent cutlery and plates. Plenty of bench space for the laptop and suitcase.

Motel is located on a main road. It was a little noisy on Friday and Saturday afternoon.

A little dated, it is in the process of a facelift. The intersection was busy with road noise, out room was at the front.

Toni , the manager was extremely helpful. My wife and I arrived late... she had left the light/heater on for us in our room as it was very cold. Thats going above and beyond!!

Owners were lovely, and the place was close to everything we needed for a fantastuc social weekend. The room was quiet, and the bed was super comfy.

Closest to Toowoomba Airport.Room was clean,well stocked kitchenette, comfortable bed updated bathroom fittings..Vey convenient for airport.
