Shower head needs updating to match the bathroom. Signs says be careful with water usage but no bottle water to drink for free. Never had this before. Not even a cold jug of water in fridge. Aircon in silly place right over one side of QB. Leaked. Only one e power point near main bed. When ypu have CPAP, and Phones to charge not good. 2 power points halfway up wall ano e single bed. Ridiculous. Couch hard and uncomfortable. QB sloping on right side.

Exceptionally comfortable, clean and spacious. Great location with friendly staff.

There was a young couple who was staying at the accommodation who decided that it was a great idea to participate in loud, noisy sex on the poolside couch, which was just outside our room at 2am in the morning. They then left their dirty, used hotel towel there for someone else to clean up. TV options are extremely limited.

Good sized and clean rooms. We had a family group with 3 different rooms - a queen + single suite, a queen +2 x single family room, and a standard queen room. All were clean and comfortable with plenty of room. We appreciated that we were all positioned quite close to each other. The room service pizzas were very tasty.

The queen + single suite where my husband, son, and I stayed would benefit from a second AC unit or a ceiling fan in the bedroom space. It was a warm summer night, and we had to turn up the living room AC to try to cool the separate bedroom space, which did not really cool sufficiently.

We were upgraded to a suite with undercover parking. The apartment was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Grammar View is located on Margaret Street that runs directly into the CBD, but the actual location is lovely and quiet and very pretty. Very close to Queens Park. Great bathroom with a big shower.

The lounge was a bit old and had little padding. The kitchen did not have a sink, but we could wash up the few things we used in the bathroom.

The location, value for money and staff experience cannot be equalled in other establishments in this region. Staff helpfulness is always first rate.

Facilities staring to become slightly dated in decor. For example the TV in the bedroom is very small and kitchenette area a little worn. Always been an excellent facility with amazing beds, however, I noticed this stay was slightly tired. Again staff and location was excellent and the price was reasonable.

There was an issue with the booking; and initially we were told there were no rooms for us, even though we had the paperwork as proof of the booking. Initially the staff member seemed to be satisfied with us being told there were no rooms without endeavouring to sort out the mistake, which turned out to be an admin error. After that big speed bump, the stay went smoothly.

Nice room size and very clean. The shampoo and conditioner supplied was great quality and made your hair so soft . There is room service each day where they come in and make the beds and clean .

I had a jumper over the kitchen chair. When we arrived back to our room after the daily clean . There was a spray bottle of bleach left on the table and the hood on my jumper had a bleach stain. The bottle had leaked on the table too. Was a little disappointing, I didn’t report this to staff as you can’t fix a bleach stain .

Great location in a nice part of town and close to the main shopping centre, hospital and medical centres. Room was clean and fresh. Parking on site close to rooms is very handy. The on-site restaurant had good room service and dine in options. The dining table in the room is also great. Bathroom was clean even though a bit out dated.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I was on the end of the top floor, so it was quiet without a lot of guests walking along outside. All amenities were good and it was lovely and clean.

The only thing that I didn't like is the synthetic doona which makes me over-heat but all motels have this now, so I really can't complain.

I travel a lot and the welcome was head and shoulders above my experience to date. Lovely and happy owner welcoming us. Best night sleep in a comfortable bed, quite and spacious room.

Wasn't as much dislike but outdoor entertainment could be set up with slightly bigger or more tables and chairs. again, nothing negative, just a recommendation
