Great location, pool was great, ground floor unit, recently partially renovated, had everything you needed for a great stay, credit to the owner who has set this up for a holiday rental, very easy check in through a local property agent, couldn't fault anything. Would gladly stay again if available.

Great location and very central to all things you would want to do while staying in Hervey Bay. Our apartment was spacious and had a decent view. Underground covered parking for one car with easy access to apartments via lift and luggage trolleys available. Second room had a double bed. Fully self contained with full kitchen and laundry amenities.

No air conditioning unit in second bedroom. Place needed a deep thorough clean, was tidy but definitely not cleaned properly. Main shower had mould in the grout, if it can’t be cleaned needs to be regrouted. Main shower had an after market handle and the door wouldn’t shut probably. Second bathroom shower had a tub style shower with open panel glass, probably not the most practical for staying with young kids. The property manager is pretty hard to get a hold of, I was promised a return call which never happened.

the penthouse was fantastic, there were a few WHS issues that i have mentioned in the "didnt like" section but we loved our stay so much we have booked again for December 2025.

the screen door out to the balcony doesnt latch and the door slides open and closed with the wind. as we had children there we had to keep the glass door locked so the kids couldnt get out onto the balcony. it would have been nice to be able to have the glass doors open. I think this is quite a serious WHS issue that needs addressing before something terrible happens. the internal stairs need to have some sort of gate to stop kids from falling down. The Shower head in the ensuite needs replacing as the water leaks out of the splits in the head.

All the furniture, including the beds was really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The view across to the beach from the balcony is beautiful. Allocated underground parking is great. Recycling is available.

The location of the fridge restricted access to the kitchen when the fridge was being opened. The apartment needs a good spring clean. The tv unit in the main living area was very dusty and the areas behind the blinds needed vacuuming. Many of the items in the kitchen cupboards needed washing before use.

The apartment was very spacious, washing machine available, lovely kitchen, spacious fridge, large rooms and two bathrooms/toilets , Very clean and excellent condition of everything in the apartment.

Honestly the only thing I feel would be beneficial is just an extra (higher) lock to the balcony We have a toddler and were super vigilant (he wouldn't go out there anyway but better to be safe than sorry!) however it would just give peace of mind. We also moved the table and chairs away from the edge of the balcony for added safety.

Location was amazing, view beautiful, apartment clean and comfortable, everything you needed, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, two toilets and ensuite with shower in main bedroom and bathtub in laundry. Pool was beautiful, sparkling, kids loved it

Only complaint was the pillows were a little hard and had a bit of trouble returning the keys as real estate closed Saturday morning and lock box full, also the elevator was rattling and shaking but was fixed the day before leaving

It is in a good location with easy access to the beach.

We had difficulties to open the entrance door with the keys provided to us for one of the apartments. I was surprised to find out just about an hour before our arrival that Booking.com did not provide the property manager with my credit card details. I was asked to provide my credit card details and make the payment over the phone. We had four people (2 couples) per apartment, but only one set of keys was provided to us. I had to contact the property manager to ask for the second set of key for each apartment. It turned out that one set of keys given to us could open the door despite the correct label.

We loved the location, it was close to a patrolled beach, casual cafe, and restaurant dining without needing to drive. The 3 bedroom apartment had great sea views from the balcony.

Neither the twin bed room or the 2nd double bed room, was air-conditioned, and there were very hot nights. The master bedroom was air-conditioned, but the ceiling fans were not quite enough to keep other bedrooms cool, though we had the lounge unit working all night. 4 single adults were staying. Also the twin beds were very narrow, as adults were using them, not children. Upgrade the twin beds to wider ones, catering for adult size single beds, as not always being used by children.

Location was superb. Right across from the beach. Ground floor unit meant we could easily walk to the beach and food shops. Great little balcony to sit in the sun and watch the sunrise of a morning. Big living area and kitchen. Draw of games and books provided which was a great idea,

A double bed in 2nd room rather than 2 single beds would have been better for us. Had to collect keys from a real estate agent a little distance from the unit which we were not aware of until the day.

The location, the cleanliness, so quiet and proximity to everything we needed. Perfect for a group or family , we have the privacy when needed . Will definitely go back and will tell friends and family about it.

The fact that we required to use a key to access our floor using the lifts was a bit uncomfortable as we were a group but aside from that everything was perfect to our needs.
