This place is amazing for families, our kids just loved it! We stayed in the retro caravan and this was just a highlight for the kids. So much for them to do with the bouncy pillow, playground, swimming pool, games room and we loved that they had a coffee truck there in the mornings over school holidays and dinner food trucks at night, we didn’t have to try and round the kids up to go out for dinner so it was a nice easy relaxing holiday, plus perfect to town, a couple of streets from the beach, and close to call the boat tourist attractions. Can’t wait to get back there again.

We rolled in fairly late, dumped our stuff and then went out to dinner so we didn't actually spend too much time in the complex. We left early in the morning too. But the room was comfortable enough. About what you would expect at a holiday park. it was a 7 minute drive from the docks so that was the chief selling point. The spare blankets were pretty grim, which wasn't ideal.

Good location. The cabin itself was clean and comfortable and we liked that it had a full-size fridge.

External toilets, it was expectantly cold when we stayed and there is no heating in the external toilet/shower block, so much so we didn't shower for three days. Also, there was absolutely no privacy, complete with the neighbours parking their car right across the front of our cabin :( We like to sit outside of an evening, however felt quite paranoid with people looking at us when walking past, let alone the neighbours either side of us. We just felt that there are too many cabins/villas as well as caravan spaces pack into a very small space.

Friendly staff. Coffee van, yoghurt van, playground, kids and dogs friendly. Soft pillows and comfy bed. Seats out the back looking onto the road were nice.

We had a budget room and both taps in the shower were labelled H and Hot. A few little bugs/ants in kitchen. Pool fence and jumping pillow were broken and were cable tied together. The spa wasn’t working for most of our stay. Toddler pool was joined to bigger pool with a step down. Tv in room was around the A3 size.

Loved the pool area and the shade cloths over it was a very good as we burn easy and the air con was really nice on the hot days

The lounge in our cabin was very uncomfortable and smalland to go to the bathroom had to walk outside and was raining a few times amd carting dirt back in and making the floors a mess which we had to clean ourselves many times and our bathroom had mould all on the roof

The pool was amazing, the room was luxurious and somewhat spacious and the staff were very friendly and understanding

The price for the washing machines was abit high, did a few washes while there because of kids so became abit expensive for us, would've been better if it was only $3 a wash not $5, King beds were not very long and feet hung over bed most nights and pillows were extremely hard so woke up with somewhat sore neck most mornings, Also had to buy baking trays and frying pan as they weren't provided to the room so a little annoyed about that

It was exactly as the photos showed, and provided wonderful play spaces and pool spaces for families (our daughter loved the 'mushroom waterfall').

The floors were quite dirty. After we showered, by the time we went to bed, our feet were significantly discoloured again. However, this could possibly be because the entrance faces the road, and the dust from the road entering the accomodation.

The balcony to each studio room not being closed off to that room would be good for the little ones that like to run away but want to be outside (not a deal breaker, just would have made it feel a bit more private)

The unit was clean and had all the amenities, even a washing machine and carport. Friendly staff and grounds men. We were notified of all the different food vans that serviced the park area. It was a safe, clean and nice environment. Thank you for our stay. My elderly 86yr old Mum loved her stay also.

Caravan park was clean and modern. Jumping pillow, spider climbing frame, playground, giant chess and Kart hire were great for the kids. The pools were also excellent!! A pool type to suit everyone. Minor issues were taken seriously and managed well thanks to the friendly and caring staff. POD coffee in the room was a nice touch and much appreciated by two tired parents.
