Jeanette and her partner were friendly and extremely helpful. They assisted in arranging bookings for several tours and allowed us to change carparking spots when an easier parking spot became available. At one stage, Jeanette took time out from her leisure time to assist us with the operation of the TV. The apartment was clean, very roomy, located directly opposite the beach and just short walk to the local cafes, etc. The supermarkets were only a five-minute drive away. Overall, we were very happy with the location and the facilities provided with the apartment.

Except for the elevator being out of order due the recent storm event, there was nothing we were dissatisfied with.

Absolutely nothing. We could not fault anything.

We loved the location and layout. It had everything we needed and was really comfortable and convenient. The staff were super helpful and friendly. It felt secure also. There was a helpful information board at the front with things to do. The fish and chips and cafe next door were wonderful, excellent quality and well priced. We also loved the 72 flavoured ice cream on the corner, with vegan options. The beach and playground are near by. No complaints!!

The only thing would have been the laundry machine needed a bit of a clean/service. Everything else was fantastic.

Good location with walk distance to restaurants and supermarkets. It was clean and tidy. Nice place for a short stay. Busy road in front of accommodation but quiet during the night. Just cross the road you can reach beach and kids play ground.

Lift was not working during our stay. One of the reasons that I booked this place as it has lifting equipment. I was told there should be a message popping out during booking that I was never aware of. Anyway it is not a high building so should be fine for most of people. Unfortunately I am recovering from ACL injury… Limited supply of rubbish bag, shampoo and cannot find laundry powder.

We were offered free upgrade for our room as lift out of action but the room was beautiful with waterfront views and comfortable only downside water pressure was light and during winter with no heatllightiing in bathroom shower uncomfortable but turned air conditioning on to heater overnight and left the bathroom door opened and very comfortable the next morning enjoyed our stay otherwise the management offered to help bring our luggage upstairs good cardio workout but very comfortable stay and recommend

A good location, across from the beach and close to lots of cafes/eating places. The owners were very friendly and stayed a bit later than usual to help with check in and helped with luggage up the stairs. Good communication from owners before our stay. The apartment was spacious and had everything you need and was clean. Free parking is great. Didn't use the pool. Was good value for money and would stay again.

Be aware the lift is currently waiting repair. They had communicated this to us way in advance so we knew but from reception to the top floor where we were was 64 steps.

The accommodation was very family friendly and we loved the location. With 2 young kids it was important to have all the 'things' around us and we felt like it was. We did choose to take our own food and do the cooking at the apartment which worked really well, the closest woolies/coles wasn't within walking distance. But there was the beach across the road, a park, ice cream shop, fish and chips and the kids loved scootering around the area. When we were staying there the lifts weren't working due to Cyclone Alfred but that didn't bother us and the owners were offering free use of the tennis courts and pool towels which was great.

The only downfall was the lifts not working but that was nobodies fault and didn't bother us.

The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean and spacious. However, it was the staff who were the highlight. Whether it was the owner or receptionist, the lady I was greeted by upon arrival, during my stay and upon my departure, was absolutely amazing. My flight was delayed on check out day and she kindly let me store my luggage in her office and gave me access to the pool and facilities whilst I waited for my flight - which was a few hours after check out. She was lovely to deal with. Another big winner was the pool and garden area. I was able to have a chat with the landscapers whilst I was there and applauded their efforts. The pool was crystal clear and the gardens were beautifully maintained - or should i say rebuilt after the recent cyclone in the area. It was obvious that the owners took pride in their business and only hired staff with the same vision. Will definitely stay there again.

Clean and tidy Spacious Bright Air-conditioning and fans throughout apartment Great location to shops, restaurants, etc. Owners were lovely, friendly and helpful. Washing machine and dryer in apartment. Swimming pool and surrounding area looked lovely.

Lift was not working so it was nearly going to be a big climb with heavy suitcases but the lady kindly swapped our room for a lower floor. I would just double check access beforehand if you are not mobile or disabled in some way. There is not good access to plugs in the room. I think plug sockets could be placed at either side of the bed. The lock in my room was broken Condensation was bad in both bathrooms due to no ventilation but this is not a huge problem i just feel it would help is all.

The staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Accomodating us with a high chair for bub along with her own towell. Even had bib and baby plates in the unit. Very comfortable beds and a tennis court for the energetic. Park and beach directly across with fish and chips, ice creamery and a very good Italian restaurant all in walking distance.

Would have rated higher but lift was out of action, beyond their control and the hot water gave out but this was attended to by a plumber as soon as reported. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
