The accommodation was clean and well maintained, the undercover pool and games area were very good with the large screen access, table tennis, air hockey and pool table, it was lovely of the management to put on a BBQ for the guests and their visitors, that really did exceed our expectations, the staff were very helpful and friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We rented cabin number 7 and there was an overhanging palm tree branch that rested on the roof of that cabin, when the wind blew into the night it scraped across the metal roof loudly I had to insert ear plugs to get off to sleep, I would recommend cutting it down, over all we had a lovely stay, thankyou.

The bunk beds started on the floor, with another in the middle & another on top as well as a queen size bed. We were 3 women staying there and the bunk beds didn't suit us at all. One of the ladies left after the first night. Had they been normal bunks, not a problem.

Had a bit of difficulty with the booking confirmation process. Especially the 2nd visit as we were on KGari and very limited communication. Couldn't ring easily and at times when someone maning the office. Zero ability to receive emails or send.

Very clean cabin & extremely comfortable bed. Reception staff were very welcoming & pleasant. Park was not noisy at night. Loved the Air Con & fan on these extremely hot summer days.

Shame that the pictures shown on Booking.com for this cabin was not the same as the cabin we stayed in. The cabin we stayed in was not renovated as per the photos shown on the booking site. Was disappointing.

Had a really great stay here with friends! The room was very clean and the facilities were well looked after. We loved how nice every staff member was, you can tell they all care. Loved the free use of the games room!! Such a great feature. The pool was also really nice and well kept.

We booked a room for four adults, but honestly the bunk beds were tiny!! Maybe more suited for children. I think Tasman's website reflects this, but Booking doesn't. Something that could be looked into? Nothing that ruined our stay though, we managed.

Really great service & the staff were so friendly & welcoming - I received a text message on the morning of my arrival with directions to find the park & then I received another friendly text around 1pm to say that my room was ready & I was welcome to check in early if I would like to.

Nothing really. There was no water jug in the fridge so I tried to see if I could buy some water, maybe I missed it but there didn't appear to be any little shop on site (or vending machine) where I could buy some bottled water.

Lovely spacious cabin for 2 nights in Hervey Bay. Spotless rooms and comfy big bed. Facilities were great, we used the tv room and bbq outside kitchen. Staff very helpful and gave us free detergent for laundry room! Loved Ginger the reception doggy too x

One small annoying thing was we cooked on the stove in our cabin but the power kept tripping so it turned off and on a lot, doubling the time we took to cook our chicken!

The staff were very helpful when I needed to change to another night at short notice because my medical appointment was changed. The cabin had been renovated and the facilities were great That there was a fridge with freezer was great as we had brought along our own food to heat up in the kitchenette as I was not well enough to go out dining. The location was convenient for the clinic we needed to visit in Scarness.

The holiday park is pleasant enough with friendly staff. Our unit was a little worn and tired but it was clean and had all we needed for our brief visit. The bed would benefit from a new mattress but the shower and WiFi were good. If you plan to eat and drink out maybe Torquay would be more suitable.

Great location. Walking distance to shops, beach, cafes & restaurants. Very comfortable cabin with private balcony. Park felt safe & secure.

Would have preferred a firmer mattress. Bathroom a bit dated, could do with an upgrade to shower cubicle.
