The apartment itself was lovely, we were on the 4th floor with great views. It was noisy during the day if you sat on the balcony with traffic going past but the doors were double glazed so bearable. The bbq was clean enough but I wouldn't use it. The pool looked great at night but not that tempting during the day. The apartments are at the northern end of the esplanade and we drove everywhere. If you didn't have a car staying at this apartment you would be walking a lot or catching the bus.

The instructions for accessing the building and apartment weren't very clear. If you were arriving at night you would definitely be confused about which keys and security tags apply to what - eg garage or lifts. Simply saying which key or security fob is for what would be helpful. Also there was a gate before the door of the apartment which had a key slot but wasn't actually locked (would have been good to know as was trying the keys and none worked). Ended up calling building management 3 times trying to get to the apartment. On arrival our car spot was also parked in by another car, ended up being the cleaners car. So not a great first impression but we got there.

Well equipped, lots of storage. Bed very comfortable, shower great. The balcony was a terrific size with a wonderful view

The check in was terrible. An email advised us to go to the back where we would be met. No one there. The phone only had recorded options to leave messages. No option to speak to someone. A resident suggested a mobile number which was the 'out of hours' contact. Finally the 'caretaker' answered & was surprised we hadn't received an sms. He advised how to retrieve the keys.

The apartment was immaculate and felt homely. Everything was clean, and the apartment was conveniently located to the beach and town.

My only small issue was the mattress in the master bedroom was worn out on one side. Had a huge dip on one side. Was such a small issue ... I just slept on the opposite side.

Lovely facility, great sized pool, good location with water park down the road.

The air con was terrible and the door wedge for the front door was useless. Also blind cirds were not secured appropriately

Vertical blinds on a couple of the sliding doors need fixing. Cords damaged and can't operate properly

Beautiful comfortable apartment. Staff extremely friendly and helpful when we extended our stay it was organised very efficiently and easily

The pool needed a good clean

It’s nice and clean, also got an upgrade from bottom floor to 5th which I really appreciated made the trip amazing!

Lovely apartment right on beachfront. Good facilities.

Second bedroom doesn't have air-conditioning which was really hot if you closed the door.

Location and ocean views! Good sized pool.

Lack of comfortable outdoor furniture. No outdoor dining table/chairs. Uncomfortable lounge chairs. Esplanade road quite busy.
