Room was rather large, if for work or couple would be good, seems more like decent workers cottage than holiday accommodation. Room was quiet, ac and tv worked, Room stayed dark with curtains drawn, good noise insulation, bed was good size and comfortable, adequate cooking facilities if needed.

Only 2 pods for coffee maker, although offer to buy more was there at 160 a night, 4-6 aldi brand wouldn't break the bank. The tiles from bathroom to main area look identical but are traction to no traction, stepping out is a huge injury risk, crazy lack of grip when leaving bathroom. I believe should atleast warn people.

Reception staff were very friendly and informative. Room was nice and clean and aired out sufficiently. Fridge was bigger than a bar fridge which helped to store more than enough. Absolutely loved the nature right outside the back door. Loved the setting of the property being hidden and back away from the main road you enter the property from. Pool was nice and clean.

The beds were hard as a rock, this is no good for someone with back issues like myself. I got hardly any sleep because it was too uncomfortable.

This is hands down the BEST pet friendly Motel I have EVER stayed at. Rooms are a good size, very well appointed, clean and so comfortable. The king bed was lovely, decor and furniture in the room is really nice and made us feel at home and content to just hang out in the room. The gardens on the property are beautiful. Matt was very helpful and accommodating.

There is nothing I didn’t like about our stay at Emeraldene Inn & Eco-Lodge! This place is rated 3.5 stars, for a fairly economical motel I would give it 5 stars.

Clean, clean and space. Not ultramodern but a great travellers retreat. Park right outside unit. Outside deck with table and chairs. Pool. Away from traffic. Greenery. Great light in desk area and lounge seat in room. Friendly staff. Close to hospital. Dog friendly.

Not really a concern for us but consider driving distance to beach or food.

It didn’t look promising being just off a main road, but once inside it’s a little oasis of calm. It was exceptionally clean, spacious and has everything you need. We only stayed a night but you could easily stay longer if you don’t mind driving to places such as Hervey Bay.

Our neighbour smoking. I think smoking shouldn’t be allowed on the property as it is at most other places.

Green foliage and surrounding trees made the stay peaceful and relaxing. Friendly staff upon arrival. Clean facilities. They were extremely accommodating, allowing my family to bring our 3 cockatiels into the room. Our family enjoyed the pool facilities.

Next time, I would bring my own pillows, I found them too hard personally.

The large, beautiful, spotless clean, fully equipped rooms in a lovely garden teaming with birds make for a pleasant stay This is a well-managed, safe, reliable place to stay, at a very reasonable rate in an otherwise pricey location. If arriving at night (till 10 pm), the reception is easy to find and the manager is immediately available. Communication underway is fast and accurate. The sound, eco-friendly involvement is an added bonus. Our best stay in Australia so far!

My reason for travelling was for a specialist appointment.The team were incredibly supportive when I needed to reschedule several times. I am so grateful! Thank you for your genuine caring customer service, it really makes all the difference. The pool was sensational! The room was lovely, clean, quiet, comfortable, and a good size. The gardens are especially delightful!

Driving into the property, with all the trees, was very calming and relaxing. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. It felt very peaceful and relaxing. The portable hot plate meant we had a mini kitchen and could comfortably cook breakfast. Highly recommend this property.
