Quite a large room. Comfortable bed. Refurbished bathroom. Reasonable bench space and wardrobe. Useful microwave oven, toaster, cutlery and crockery. Generous coffee, sugar milk and tea. Adequate aircon. Hot water good once it arrives, which requires patience and a lot of wasted cold water. Keycard lock is convenient, if you keep it with you, because the door closure is sudden and final.

Not a fan of doonas and the optional blankets were of the heavy variety. The refurbed bathroom had a good vanity basin and bench. But I'm not a fan of shower recesses without any sort of door or curtain. The shower head is the "rain" variety, so it can't be directed away from the open side and water splashes a metre outside. There is a plastic raised mat device to hold the bathmat off the floor which is OK if it's kept a metre from the shower threshold.

We were travelling to Hervey Bay for a function that was scheduled to start before midday, I booked with the Comfort Inn on Main and explained that we would be arriving mid morning and asked if an early check-in was at all possible, to which they said they would try their best but could not guarantee anything. We arrived around 9.30 just to ask if there was a room ready, we were greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk who informed us they had just cleaned our room and we could check in! The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They truly went above and beyond for us and made all the difference to our weekend. We will absolutely be back again. Thank you for your hospitality Comfort Inn 💐

My elderly mum and I stayed in a twin room with a single and a queen bed. I loved the beds, we slept like babies on what I think were latex mattresses. So good for a side-sleeper with hip issues like me. Plenty of space to access the beds, a long bench with a section luggage, good aircon, enough power outlets, crisp white sheets and fluffy white towels (something mum really loves), spacious bathroom, waterfall showerhead, supplied soap and shampoo bottles, all lovely and well appointed.

For my unsteady mum a couple of grab rails at shower and toilet would have been nice, the towel hooks/pegs were out of her reach and it would have been good if there had been a handheld showerhead to switch the water to. I would award 10/10 except for those things.not being available.

We loved staying here. The room was a great size and shape. We were provided with plenty of tea bags, coffee, sugar, milk etc, so didn't have to ask for more. The wifi was excellent and our parking space was right in front of our accommodation. The reception staff were very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. The location was perfect for our pick up and drop off place for our booked trip to K'Gari island. We wholeheartedly recommend this property

The shower was powerful but the screen was a little small and water flows onto the bathroom floor. Reception explain this and so it's not a problem, just different.

The staff are great. Arriving, the lady was helpful and informative with a warning the shower does not have a door and the RSL or Golf Club have discounts for patrons. Departing, the lady was very helpful with breakfast suggestions. The day was very hot and how good was it to have the air-con already running upon our arrival. The room and linen were very clean.

The tastefully renovated bathroom must have been designed by a boneheaded university graduate. No door on the shower and the glass screen was so high that a simple shower curtain would be too short.

This gem exceeded my expectations! From checking in, to Ice already frozen in the freezer. This place had everything I needed. Coffee, kettle, microwave, a beautifully renovated bathroom, massive desk space, water in the fridge, ice in the freezer, even a niche in the Shower! Clear instructions on how to and where everything is. Netflix, wifi, alcohol to purchase at reception, the RSL just a 400m walk away, and a super comfy bed! The room layout and furniture was all in date. I can tell a lot of TLC has gone into the running of this place! My new go to when I’m in the area for work! I’m so glad I stumbled across this place!

The staff ate great and very accomodating . Beds are super comfortable. Coffee/tea facilities are great and is well stocked even down to water bottles in fridge. Also both times we have stayed we have received vouchers for a free beverage from the local RSL. Which is a big bonus! This is an older hotel but its in great condition, very clean! I definitely would recommend as this is our go too now when in Harvey. We have stayed a couple times now and would 190% be heading back there :)

Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort inn. It was one of the cheapest accomodations I could find in Hervey Bay, but the bed was comfy, the pillows were great, the shower had wonderful pressure, the room was big and the bathroom was really nice. Staff also had lovely service.

Everything. From the minute I arrived till we left. Staff were great, rooms and grounds were impeccable. Rooms were a great size for us,bathroom was beautiful, no outside noise even though it was full, pool area was beautiful, great location near takeaway restaurants, shopping centres,splash park - everything was right close by. Drive or walk. ...I'm booking again for later in the year. Everything here was perfect for our stay. It makes a huge difference when all the staff are lovely too. From reception,cleaners,maintenance workers etc I would recommend family and friends to stay here

The only thing that could be fixed is the shower area. There is nothing that stops the water from flooding the bathroom floor (i dont mean a little bit of water ) it was alot of water and could become dangerous as the floor got very slippery. I travelled with my aging mum she too loved the room but was scared when showering. She managed fine but extremely cautious.

Close to shops and not far from the waterfront. Beds really comfortable. Lovely updated bathroom. Hot water great. Quiet, couldn’t hear the traffic. Tea, coffee, milk, water & biscuits. Vouchers for a free drink at RSL or golf club @ 15% off a meal Lovely ladies on reception.
