Our 1st trip to Hervey Bay and the Bay Apartments were brilliant. Perfect location straight across the road from the beach. Walk to 2 great pubs with excellent meals and HEAPS of takeaway food places within a few minutes walk, great pool and spa. Huge apartment for the 4 of us. The only place we will stay on our next visit but we loved the town so much we are going to move there permanently!!

Ensuite and kids bathrooms had no exhaust fans or windows so that wasn't ideal. Having to finish a shower with a cold burst was the only way to keep cool after a shower. Small inconvenience in an otherwise perfect location.

Had a wonderful stay again. Room was so nice and clean The view was the best from our room this time. Not to high or low. Spa on the verandah was nice.. Perfect view of the water and the pool.. Kids and adults loved the heated pool and spa. We All very much enjoyed the tennis court. Was so much fun. So many shops within walking distance.. If you have a big car you will not fit into the secure parking underground. (We have a landcruiser) but there are a couple of spots outside the office which we were lucky to get a spot each night..

2 br and 2 bath Apartment was huge with 2 living areas. Main living area was exceptionally large and led straight out onto the pool area. Apartment decor was modern, clean and had everything we needed for meals at home. Great location, Just a walk over the road to the beach (easy way to catch sunset and sunrise). Great safe beach too for kids. Pool area was clean, had lots of chairs and loungers and very well maintained, we were lucky and had it to ourselves. Hot tub is the perfect temperature and rewarding after a full day exploring K’Gari. Great value for money.

Very central location , close to the beach and very accessible. The hotel is quiet and we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. The rooms were large and very comfortable. Everything we need was provided. All the facilities were in good conditions. It is a home away from home We enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay longer and definitely will book again in future. The Hervey bay is the gateway to K'gari(Fraser) Island.-UNESCO world heritage area. The hotel management accommodated our special request and we remain grateful.

Some guest smoked in their balcony and the fume got into our accommodation. It was only once and not the fault of hotel management as there are clear notice of no-smoking policy.

Warm welcome at reception on arrival and in fact all staff were very helpful during our stay. The apartment was very large, well equipped with good quality utensils except no potato peeler, only a minor thing. Really enjoyed our stay and will come again.

A few maintenance issues but reported them to reception and they said they would attend to these immediately. Had major problems getting in and out of the spa, only one hand railing and for older people we need two to pull ourselves up to ground level. The spa usage instructions should say press the GREEN button not just press the button as I had been pressing the wrong button for 3 days and couldn't work out why it wasn't working. This is easily fixed.

Very nice apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. All cooking facilities provided , good shower and comfortable bed . Location was good also. There are a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance some to the left of the building but more to the right ,, and the beach is across the road. 25-meter swimming pool at the facility which is very clean . We also booked a day tour to frazer Island, and we were collected from the apartment. The apartments have secure underground parking .

There is quite a busy road at the front of the building

Apartment was well equipped. kitchen was great, large apartment great views and on the esplanade. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, pubs. Comfy beds, tv in lounge room was large and great lounge to get comfy on. Bedroom had walk inrobe, big bathroom.

Tv in bedroom was surprising small given the size of the apartment and room, shower in main suite the shower head was not suitable for size of shower not great pressure. Walking to pool was a mission had to walk around the complex, poor lighting of night time too. trip hazards.

Fabulous views from the balcony. Loved the lap pool and spa. Grounds very neat and tidy. Apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Very friendly and helpful receptionist.

A big clock in the pool area would have been very helpful as 30minutes is the maximum time suggested to stay in the heated spa. I also thought some extra handrails would have been good as entry and exit from both pool and spa was difficult for me and some other elderly guests.

We were on the 5th floor of these fabulous apartments. I believe our apartment may have had 4/5 bedrooms as there were quite a few locked rooms. However, despite the locked rooms, our apartment was enormous, with lots of seating which was quite comfortable. There was the main lounge with a huge television as well as an area, the other side of the dining table, with more seating and another TV. There were some lovely lamps in the lounge. Our bedroom also had a TV, a dressing room with a full length mirror and a very large shower room with double sinks and toilet. The ceiling was very high in the bedroom and lounge with large windows. There were full length blackout curtains in the lounge and our bedroom which I was pleased about as it's daylight very early. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was a very large balcony that looked across the swimming pool towards the sea and esplanade (although the trees on the esplanade are quite high so not a full sea view). There was plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery for at least 8 people but not much in the way of casserole dishes. Located within walking distance of a few shops, cafes and restaurants either side of the apartments. Great to have underground, secure parking. There was a tennis court and the grounds were well kept.

There wasn't anything we didn't like but the balcony lends itself to a couple of loungers - somewhere to lounge and read a book/enjoy the view

Great location, walking distance to lots of food places

Would have been great if the floors were cleaner-the tiles didn’t seem clean at all and none of the oven trays were clean either. Also there was water blasting most of a day I was there which was very loud. It would have been great to have known about this in advance of arriving as it was too loud to enjoy being out by the pool most of the day. Otherwise great apartment, location and amazing pool
