Check in was smooth and quick. Adequate directions were given to everything. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Location was great. Very clean and smelled fresh too. Bed and pillows super comfy. Plenty of tea and coffee stocked in the kitchen.

If I was being really picky, the shower pressure wasnt the best especially for washing long thick hair. We had one towel each. A second would have been appreciated so I could wrap my hair while I was drying off (I could have asked for extra towels but I didnt) Tiles in the shower were quite stained/watermarked but was fine.

While I’m not sure how I qualified, I was let know I qualified for a free room upgrade which was a lovely surprise. The new room I had featured a beautiful view of the town and honestly was one of the best sleeps I ever had with how large and soft the bed was, the extra blanket and pillows were sealed in bags which was great as I have a dust allergy so I didn’t have to worry about that.

Nothing, I’ve stayed at Quest multiple times now and each time I’ve had an amazing experience with the staff and with the room and facilities.

The room was clean, has everything we could have needed for our stay including pots, stove, microwave, fridge, hairdryer, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, there was even little care packages which included q-tips, cotton pads and a nail file. The bed was super comfortable, as were the pillows, not too soft, not too firm. The TV had all the apps you could want, the balcony was nice too. The laundry facilities were high quality and found it very easy to attend washing. Our air conditioner was dripping water so the staff kindly offered to move us to another room which was very helpful. The pool is nice, I just wish the “spa” part was warm spa, it’s just the same temp water as the pool with jets. I will definitely be staying again next time I’m in Mackay.

Good size living area,kitchen,dining. Awesome size tv. Great streaming service. Great wifi. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Laundry facilities and extra laundry liquid. Good walk-in shower with excellent water pressure. USB sockets on bedside lamps for charging. A safety box. I could go on but basically very good apartment and very good and friendly staff

Person smoking in the lift was disgusting and left the lift contaminated for ages. Really should have smoke detectors in the lifts.

I absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend to all future guests. Marc and his lovely manager were at reception to greet me when I arrived. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we could check in early and ensure we had the best stay possible. We than parked FOR FREE downstairs which made it so easy to get my newborn to and from the room. The car park is FREE and super easy to get into (clears 2.3m) and did I mention it was FREE. Our rooms were so clean and tidy, beds were a dream to sleep in and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (we even made a banoffee pie). The bathroom is your standard bathroom and had all amenities you needed. Thank you Marc and your amazing manager for being so accommodating, friendly, amazing and overall being the best humans. I absolutely appreciate you both, Marc and his manager were a true testament to the amazing staff members at the Quest. The Quest Mackay are so lucky to have such amazing front of house staff like Marc and his manger who represent their company values so well. I cannot wait to return for my next stay. I loved how the washing machine and dryer were in the bathroom ,downside well not really downside the exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work.wasnt a downside considering the rest of the room was amazing it gave a really home vibe I full kitchen in the room was amazing as me and the partner have our 1 and a half year old and our 1 month old daughter so making bottles was a breeze the balcony well the balcony was better than perfect I don't get to see my kids much as I don't live with them. I was overjoyed when I seen the sameness and size I was able to take daughter out and have some proper daddy daughter Ti and play some. Games without being cooped up inside or having to leave the motel.and for that I cannot thank the quest and there beautiful staff for the amazing experience and the beautiful memories I was able to make will definitely be saving up to hopefully visit again soon.

The vent in the bathroom didn't work but I couldn't care the whole room definitely exceeded expectations.

- The room was fairly spacious, I liked the design. It came with a kitchennete and a balcony. - the microwave wasn't working and they replaced it with a brand new one within like 5 minutes. - they did room service even though we were only there for 2 nights - small detail, but they give you Tim Tam's and a free bottle of water. - bed was very comfortable. - great location - TV has netflix and all other streaming apps I honestly couldn't fault it.

The unit was very modern and clean. The description and photos advertised matched the unit exactly. The washer and dryer were easy to operate. The unit lounge area was very spacious for a one bedroom unit. Reception staff were lovely.

Parking for a large 4WD could be a little tight if the complex was busy, but luckily we arrived early enough to secure a reasonable park.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the town and within walking distance to restaurants. The staff were brilliant and they followed my request before our arrival. The one bedroom apartment was very clean and had all the facilities, which are needed for a long stay like: kitchen, washing machine, dryer, etc. It was very quiet there. The swimming pool was open till 10 pm.

Only pillows were too thick. We could have asked for a flat one in the reception, which we found out when we were checking out.

We chose this accommodation as our rest and re group stay. We used all the in room facilities and got all our washing washed and dried and a home cooked meal prepared in the full kitchen. We had everything we needed and a beautiful view out on the sunny balcony to relax. Beds were comfy and the rooms were very clean. Location was excellent as well, a short walk to supermarket and cbd for shopping.
