Excellent location great facilities

Could've provided blankets as there were no blankets if you got cold .. Dishwasher wasn't working ... Needs better Wi-Fi couldn't connect to YouTube Blinds were not clean properly. There were mould along the ends of them which was OFF putting. Sofa could've been cleaned a bit better Light globe in desk lamp not working Only one roll of toilet paper for four days More towels could've been provided as stayed for four nights only had two towels

TV was not the best the colour adjustment kept playing up.. could've had an extra blanket in the linen cupboard for extra warmth during the winter season It started raining and I wanted to walk into town and there was no umbrella even though the receptionist had suggested there would be one in the laundry cupboard Went down to reception and they had none available

lock up car park need key to get in and out. great location close to canelands shopping center. check in was smooth and easy. Lady working Sunday and Monday was very helpful when we had minor issues

table in walkway outside bedrooms be better of in master bedroom near window there is a study nook there with power-point and phone lines but no table or chair to use. when you want to do computer work. thats it.

Amazingly beautiful room, felt very fancy and beautiful views, was a slice of paradise.

The tap water tasted weird, very little milk to share with the possibility of 4x guests (there were 3 of us) the coffee was completely off, it looked like it had been sitting there for 10 years, the taste of mould was so intense, was further worried what else had not been changed in the room.

we travelled with a group of 3 other couples all staying in a one or two bedroom apartment. We could not fault the facilities and the comfort of our accommodation. The rooftop entertainment and bbq area became our meeting place and we had a lot of fun together. What a brilliant addition to have this area for travelling friends to meet up. We will book again on our trip next year.

Everything was excellent. We couldn't fault anything. Perfect place to stay.

Property was central, easy underground parking, easy checkin and checkout. Reception staff very responsive to an issue with a leaking washing machine.

Not a huge issue but Property lacked some kitchen things, eg no salad bowl/mixing bowl, didn't notice any dinner plates.

booked a one bedroom unit but stayed in a 2 bedroom one so the main bathroom and other bedroom were locked . Not happy as the ensuite was small and the price was similar to other family members in the same complex for the 2 bedroom one. Reception didn't open until 10am on the Sunday .

Apartment was comfortable and well equipped

A $25 fee for 1 hour late checkout was very surprising and disappointing. The first time I heard of such a charge. The WiFi was weak and internet connection was lost for short periods.

The decor was like a boutique hotel, had everything you could need in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable. The view from the 10th floor over the river was lovely. The apartment was clean

There was a miscommunication when we departed. We were sent a text message for express check out, which was most welcome, but it stated to leave the room key in our room. When we got to the garage gate we couldn't open it without the key, so we were forced to wait for one of the staff to arrive at work so they could let us out

CLEANING NEEDS TO BE MORE THOROUGH, ITEM UNDER FURNITURE IN CLEAR VIEW AND NOT SWEPT OR CLEANED IN RECENT TIMES. ALSO MAINTENANCE ON UNIT COULD BE IMPROVE, WATER DAMAGED CEILING NOT REPAIRED WALL PAPER COMING AWAY FROM WALL, WOULD IMPROVE STANDARD.
