The room (259) was excellent, Could not have been better. The facilities in the room were neat, clean and tidy. Loved the extra long Iron cord as needed to freshen up some clothing for a funeral service.

I just wish the neighbouring room occupant was as thoughtfull of others as we were. Asleep at 10.30pm but then I was woken up at 12.15am with the man next door yelling, swearing and I thought he may have been having a domestic. By 12.45am I'd had enough... Knocked on his doors and windows. Asked him to tone it down as I was trying to sleep and had to get up in a few hours. I had come from a wake but was mindful of the other surrounding occupants. He was conversing on the phone with his father, but agreed to be quieter...... for a while anyway. Finally stopped around 1.30am but by then I couldn't get back into a deep sleep. Perhaps a notice in the Rooms asking people to be aware of their neighbours, especially after dark, when most are trying to sleep.

There was a space we could part our car with trailer still attached which was important as we just bought the trailer and didn't have a lock yet and could not risk it being unhitched on the street overnight.

At 4am some of our lovely neighbours decided to have a mini party, drinking alcohol and yelling outside and having a group phone conversation on speaker which was perfectly clear and audible for us to hear. As they were intoxicated we were to afraid to leave our room and guest services were unavailable.

The rooms are well appointed. Seperate bedroom and lounge/dining area. Lounge and small table and chairs as well as a desk and chair. Two TVs in our room - one in the bedroom and one in the loungeroom/dining room. The bathroom is central to the room, so if you used the room for meetings, others do not have to go into your bedroom space. High undercover paring area and VERY high clearance into the property.

There is only continental breakfast on the weekends.

Facilities were on point, very clean & tidy from the reception all the way to our room. Staff greeted you with a smile & kept interactions very friendly & professional. As it was our first stay, staff were also very eager to help out with questions we had. All in all great place to stay & I would recommend it to family & friends

The staff was lovely. The room was not what I expected 🤭 The room was huge 😃 It was so roomy, comfortable,. I would have to say, our family room was in a really good area in the whole complex. My 22 month old grandson was able to ride his little bike around the carpark. It was such a pleasurable stay. My family & I really enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely stay again.

Warm up the pool! Would be better if the kitchen facilities were equipped. There was a BBQ available but no plates or cutlery to eat from

Location, staff and cleanliness

The TV was incredibly slow. The sink tap was extremely hot no matter which way you turned it (even after waiting a while for heated by the sun water to pass through). The curtains allowed light through at the top which meant the outside light shone brightly all night. Same as door, also noisy cars early in the morning sound came through. These are sort of petty comments but it did impact my stay and probably will choose somewhere else next time.

We had a lovely staying at this beautiful resort nice and clean.....staff are really friendly specialy Housekeeping...

We had a couple early morning the groundsmen are to noisy just right outside our room without any warning from the reception and can hear guest running around on the top room at 12am... 😊thanks

Good location, nice pool.

If the restaurant is advertised during booking, then I expect it to be open, especially if it has great reviews. If it is not open during our stay due to staffing, then I expect to be told prior to booking. Was expecting to eat there for convenience but ended up having to go out.

3 Rooms of good size, big living area, good location, very friendly and helpful staff, good air conditioning, nice outside courtyard

Wifi didn’t work, no washing machine or dryer in apartment, sign on the road doesn’t have name of resort in big enough letters to see
