The room very clean and everything was available in room. Beds we’re comfortable but no blankets were provided.

No blankets in the room. Had to wash our own cups and dishes probably for the next customer otherwise extra $$ money would be charged. I think the dishes and cutlery’s needs to be washed in the dishwasher for a certain degree before the next customer can use it. Just my opinion otherwise was a nice place to stay.

The hotel Manager was accommodating after learning there had been a hiccup with our booking on Booking.com. Luckily, a kind couple were able to swap rooms with us, and we were able to be set up in a family room.

Booking.com were to blame evidently for overbooking the rooms. Luckily, the Manager was able to sort the mess out as the city was heavily booked and we had no where else to go. Family of 4 and 1000klms away from home.

We will definitely be back it was a lovely place to stay n very central. Staff were awesome

We arrived late to the property and the managers Jason & Lisa greeted us with a big smile and kindness when we got there they then showed us through our rooms and how everything worked, they said if there was anything we needed to let them know as they were only to happy to help. The rooms were very modern and very clean they had a lovely fresh smell about them as well. The beds were very comfortable and air conditioning was nice and cold, I have stayed at a lot of motels over the years and it’s refreshing to know that there are people like Jason & Lisa are still willing to give great service. We will definitely be staying at the Casa Nostra in Mackay again. Greg & Karen

There for 6 nights and the sheets were never changed or neither was the bed made. They just changed pillow cases, emptied the bin and changed the towels that were left on the floor. Shower grotty around base of it.

Location was great on the highway. Great that it was 2 separate rooms.

Bathroom wasn't cleaned. Beds were very soft. $50 charge if dishes aren't washed is a bit far fetched especially considering cutlery/cups were not clean when we arrived.

The place is clean and convenient for the area where we went. Its easy to communicate with the staff regarding our special request. Thanks

Everything, The place was very clean and well maintained to the highest standard. Beds and showers and toilets were newly done up to high standard. I wish them well.

Owner/operator response to a complaint, when pointed lack of flow of water from shower as it was just a trickle. I felt She didn't take it seriously but her partner was honest and forthcoming. The lady didn't even apologise for the inconvenience caused. But I am happy they followed up with a message realising their mistake. I wish they apologise to customers immediately and take concerns seriously.

The room was fresh and clean. Although it's November a light cotton blanket would have been nice between the sheet and the bedcover as the decorative covers are always a bit scratchy.

The road face of the facility didn't look inviting, but it turned out to be clean, friendly and comfy.

The bathroom was new. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Reception was helpful when I had a problem with the room and they fixed it right away and apologised.

I don't like tile floors. The freezer section in the fridge did not freeze. The only place that sells any food that is close to the motel is a KFC.
