Room Size was more than expected, big TV, large bathroom and comfy bed.

We were in a non-smoking room and had to close the window to prevent cigarette or cigar smoke from coming into our room. Suggest the Hotel relocate smokers away from the building instead of standing outside the door of their room. The Shower and bathroom floor very slippery, particularly when wet (which was for most of our stay) Positioning of TV meant we had to move the couch considerably toward the bed so we could enjoy watching from the chaise lounge. The room could easily be converted to include another bed for a family stay. We had to eat out most meals as the residence indicated there was no restaurant open on site, yet when a Coach was in, they were serving breakfast in the restaurant.

Excellent, spacious executive suite. Lovely, large bathroom. All very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Aircon worked well and the room smelled lovely. Good wifi connection and TV reception.

Was a little disappointed that the car accommodation for the room was not in front of our room. With so many people around, I was a little worried about the car which was a hire car and had, even given the travel insurance, a higher upfront excess than our own car. Cars were backing out, kids were running, balls were bouncing. The car was ultimately fine but we couldn't see it from our room so were a little nervous about what we might find each morning. It was certainly not the fault of the hotel but the ignorant people who turned up next door at 10pm allowed their children to play and scream loudly and relentlessly until midnight with no consideration to anyone else in the complex. You can't legislate against bogans.

Only issue we had was that although the place seemed to have low occupancy, on the 2nd night we were there, another couple with young children were put in the room right next to ours & they were quite loud until about 2am. I had to bang on the wall to make them stop. Would’ve been a better idea to space the occupants out a bit more. Note we had a lady with young children stay in that same room next to ours on the first night we were there and they were quite good, barely heard a peep out of them.

Large rooms, quiet environment, clean. minibar drinks/snacks complementary (although we paid a premium price for the room due to the generations in Jazz festival being on). Shower/water pressure was good.

I wasn't expecting a housekeeping service, so that was a bonus. However would have been good for that housekeeping (made beds, replaced towels) to also check and replace the two empty toilet paper rolls (we had to go out and find a place to buy some late at night when there were no spares in the room either), and to wash the empty tea cup on the bedside stand. It wasn't a problem at all to do it ourselves, but it was unusual for a housekeeping service and detracted from their effort with the bed right next to it.

The room was very spacious, new and very modern. Had all the comforts you need in a room. Pillows were great!

-There was a high pitched noise you could hear from bedroom when the shower was on. I think this was due to where it is positioned to devide the bedrooms and lounge. - Didnt know that the restaurant was closed. Would have been nice to know this and given suggestions where to go given it was Easter and places didnt open early for something to eat. - Although a beautiful room, $330 a night for room only and no other facilities is a bit much.

Clean, modern, and comfortable accommodation. The beds were so comfortable and just what we needed after a long trip. The room has been beautifully renovated & has everything you need.. We had a great stop over for one night (and woke up refreshed and well rested!). We also had an amazing dinner at the Presidential Restaurant (only a few steps from our room). The staff onsite were exceptional & deserve an acknowledgement. My husband forgot his wedding band in our room and realised after we were 3 hours down the road. The hotel manager, Ravi, was so professional in ensuring the ring was returned to us in a timely fashion. We can not thank the team for their honesty and assistance. This is just a reminder that there are still amazing and honest people in the world. Highly recommend this accommodation, and we will definitely stay here next time we pass through Mount Gambier.

Room was massive and spacious! Loved that both rooms had TVs so that the kids could watch something whilst the adults could watch something else. Kids room was massive with a queen size bed plus a single bed in the same room. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Guided us for a nice meal and some perfect sight seeing things to do before we left to our next part of our holiday.

The room was large and comfortable and overall we were happy. A few things of note. The hot water pipe in the bathroom was extremely noisy. A known issue. A can of coke exploded in the fridge in the early hours of the morning. Woke us up wondering what was happening next door! The morning revealed the truth. It would have been good to have had breakfast cereal plates and spoons.

I have moved to Presidential from The Commodore (expensive and noisy hotel). I stay here at least 10 times a year, room this time was OK . The picture was not the room I got. My room was dark, brown, and old (clean but not good enough)

I feel that if you are staying for 3+ nights one of the upgraded rooms should be a given.

The rooms were nice and could see that they had been updated recently. The bed was good, but the pillows were Terribile, maybe replace the spare ones with softer ones. The unit was very clean and tidy. Disappointing that the Wi-Fi was not working on the night that we stayed. Never rate a book by its cover - would be nice for you to upgrade the outside to reflect what has been done on the inside.

As above - the pillows are very bad, uncomfortable and hard as rocks.
