We booked a family room… pleasantly surprised to find the girls had their own room as it had a separate triple bed room. Great hot water, kitchenette complete with all crockery/ cutlery so we were able to prepare our own breakfast. Comfortable beds, spacious room.

The shower is over the bath and that’s fine, however it really needs a curtain or glass panel as the floor was a massive puddle after every shower. Only other thing that wasn’t good was there was a light right outside the window and it was very bright and kept the room quite light all night.

The location was great for us and the room was clean and cosy. It was quite hot on one of the days and the air conditioner worked perfectly which made the room comfortable.

We stayed in a family room without a kitchenette which was ok until we found out that friends who we were travelling with also had a family room and paid the same rate but they had kitchen facilities. Disappointing that we paid the same rate but we did not have any kitchen facilities, except a toaster and microwave.

At first glance, the exterior might not seem very inviting, resembling a typical motel, but the room itself was pleasantly surprising—clean, neat, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, no complaints.

Overall, no major issues, but it would be great to include shower caps as complimentary items in the bathroom and add curtains to the spare room for better functionality

Wonderful lady who runs the show! Always looks after us with no fuss. Clean rooms, yes they are older rooms but they are very clean. Comfortable for a family and very reasonably priced.

Nothing really. It would be nice for the little things in the rooms to be fixed like the towel holders in the bathroom but the family room with the seperate bedroom was great for us.

Very large and spacious room, we only stayed one night so opted not to use the cooktop but it looked basic and useable. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. Good value for money. Older style but clean and tidy.

For such a spacious room we were suprised with the bathroom layout, we both had to sit sideways on the toilet as the shower glass screen was right in front of the bowl and anyone with long ish legs wouldn’t quite be able to fit comfortably which was so odd. But obviously not something that can be changed.

the bed was very comfy, the shower pressure was exceptional, wifi quality was very good. the location was excellent close to all shops, cafes, pubs, cycle path ... all in easy walking distance. was handy having a kitchen facilities. Coles supermarket was only a couple of blocks away. the staff were friendly and helpful. great accomodation for 3 star. would stay again.

It was exactly what we needed (I was not feeling well) and in a perfect quiet location. The motel is quite old but well looked after and more than adequate. The room was spacious and warmed up quickly and the bed was comfortable and there were extra blankets, pillows and towels. Amy the receptionist was a gem.

We were in room 15. We had a kitchen with a full on oven, table and chairs. After being on the road for 3 weeks this was amazing to be able to cook. Central to the city.

Kitchen and ensuite could do with a refurb. It was budget accommodation so very happy.

Location is awesome! Beds were comfy. Good parking.

One set of soap on the bench and shower. No shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer as stated. Staff don't service rooms for 2 night stays. No fresh towels. Hot water ran out super fast first morning. No breakfast provided.

Great location. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Although older style premises, very clean and comfortable, real sized bathroom with extra rack for towels, shower pressure just right and 3in 1 shampoo etc dispenser worked well, bed comfortable, quiet operation of heating cycle of reverse cycle split system, car parking at door. Very quiet even though rooms on either side were occupied.Second visit to premises within a short time and will book to stay again.
