Simple, room is secure. Bed sheets appeared very clean. In-rooms amenities provided all the basic comforts you expect from an inn and just what you need for an overnighter, e.g. fridge with mini freezer, tea and coffee, milk, towels etc. Shower was hot with good pressure and the heat pump worked great. Location is easy to find and the car park right outside the room door was super convenient.

No staff on-site to receive us upon arrival, although the automated kiosk was easy enough to navigate. I hope to assume this was due to the public holiday, but would be great to see someone on-site to feel more secure, particular as a female travelling solo. Wouldn't recommend to similar travellers (although good for families or 2+ groups). Couch also had stains all over so I didn't sit on it, although it is worth noting that this was the only thing inside the room that didn't appear "clean".

Room was very clean and being winter in Mount Gambier, the heating and electric blankets made the room cosy warm. Parking at the door is convenient and our King Room was set back in the block and included a round table for two which was convenient with our laptops. Friendly staff.

We would have like a small sharp knife in kitchenette, however had we asked Reception I'm sure they would have provided one. We upgraded to a Superior King upon viewing the Queen Room we had booked which seemed a bit too small for us for our two night stay. Mount Gambier tap water has an unpleasant taste and next time we would bring some bottled water for drinking.

Although compact there was all you could need in the very clean and tiny room Lovely reception lady/ owner manager- very genuinely warm, friendly and helpful

The only critical really is that the long wooden pelmet box over the over bed light stuck out so it was difficult to sit up and comfortably read in bed. We got the extra pillows and blanket to pad the space out which worked ok but a bit of a design floor we felt

Love the convenience of self check in at all hours. The location is quite central too.

The kettle was in poor shape. Bits of white floaties kept breaking off no matter how hard you try to clean it. Not sure if it’s from calcium build up because of the water, we weren’t game enough to try.

The manager was helpful with my needed a space for the trailer I was towing and forgot to ask about when booking. She was not only forgiving but super helpful and even moved her car so I could easily manoeuvre through to a spot that would be easy to drive out of in the morning.

It’s a little aged but great value, clean and comfortable. No complaints from me.

Spotless. Good renovations. Firm bed and pillow just thin enough*. Potentially quiet, though it was a weekend night. * Why do some motels think a fat pillow is a good idea? Two thin ones can satisfy everyone and the extra linen and laundry is trivial.

Better sound insulation from a thoughtless neighbour who thought it okay to chat loudly at 3am and again at 6.30 am. Probably deaf and felt he have to make sure he was heard.

A comfortable traditional motel. A comfortable smaller room with a very useful set of amenities. A well maintained and clean space with a good bathroom and hot water supply. The bed was firm but comfortable. The air-conditioning kept the space warm on a very cold day.

There was little sound proofing to the neighbouring connecting room.

Well located for our needs , with easy access and parking. The bed was crisp and comfortable, the shower , though small, was hot and the kitchen amenities were adequate. The manager is a delightful lady,friendly and chatty and willing to assist with any enquirer.

First time staying here, a small but very clean older stye room, comfortable bed, a kettle & microwave included as breakfast can be delivered to your room if needed. Would stay again even though it isn't right in the busy section of town, only a short drive to restaurants etc.

The room was set up with all the essentials and was very clean and fresh smelling. The location was convenient for us as we were visiting a sick family member. It was very quiet with easy parking.

The bed was a little firm and we felt like we were rolling to one side. The linen was clean and comfortable, just the mattress that wasn't to our preference.
