Location, very close to shops, restaurants and cinema, blocked out blinds, wifi great speed for work (remote) and study

Some pillows were flat and spares were lumpy, mattress was ok not great for people with back/spinal injuries. Wish the outside light room 28 would turn off overnight so the bright light seeped thru the top of the blinds. Awoke at 6am 18/10/24 and it was pouring down with rain when I got up i noticed water was running underneath the door into the room, making the door area on the inside which is vinyl material a high fall risk hazard if customers aren't paying attention.

The connecting rooms with 2 TV's, the beds, the ability to cook on the hotplate, the high benches.

The cigarette smell and butts at the bottom of the stairs and it needed a good clean. Was not a good introduction to the room. If you expect people to wash up they need detergent and clean dish cloth and a decent scourer to clean pots and pans. The one provided was very old and used. The frying pan was good quality but needs a good clean.

Very well-priced for its location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had only a very small fridge/freezer, but the staff was happy to accommodate couple of our items in the Inn's own freezer.

The Inn and room are dated, with tight bench top space. We stayed 2 nights, but no lactose-free milk was provided despite requests made at time of booking and acceded to at check-in. Manager claimed he "forgot"?!

Retro kitsch court drive up motel but with absolute attention to detail in that the tiles and laminate and vertical blinds are all intact originals with hues of pink but the bathroom fittings are all brand new, everything is freshly painted spotlessly clean and a tub of crockery and bikkies is provided on top of the microwave. Close walk to everything.

For the price this was perfect for an overnight stay on the way to Adelaide. No faults, it is what it is. We were up some stairs, so if this is a problem ask for a ground floor unit.

Clean tidy. Although a bit outdated the motel was within walking distance to where we had our function(.Melbourne cup) So was very handy. Value for money. Does although get very busy during the evening as for the price seems to have a lot of workers staying but having said that it was very quite. Car parking is limited. Overall was happy and will be rebook if needed

Very central just like its name. Its a budget busting motel and one of the cheapest, just the way I like it. It may not have all the bells and whistles but the essentials are all there like tea and coffee making facilities, electric jug, fridge, good bed with electric blanket and the place convenient to cafes and shops well within walking distance.

Door lock and knob very hard to operate, needs replacing. People smoking outside our door and the smell finding its way into our room. Not much the motel can do about that I know. Damned annoying all the same.

Price for one night travelling through. We had everything we needed as we also came prepared with our own breakfast food. food.

Acoustics not so good as fellow travellers were very close (as expected) and a little noisy when sitting out the front of the rooms having breakfast. However they were not really a problem and appeared very nice.

Our stay was comfortable. Clean. Quiet. Room size is good, with space to open up the luggage.

When we first enter the room, there's a strong smell of insect repellent. There's an ample parking space, but there's no guarantee that you can park in front of your room. It's just a short walk though.

Close to the main street and eating places. The room was clean, tidy and the bed and pillows were nice.

No security locks only a push button on the main doors, I wouldn't have felt comfortable if I had been on my own, a broken floor tile in the kitchen nearly cut my toe on it. And not enough parking for the amount of rooms.

It was clean and comfortable. Well equipped for a short stay - microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Crockery, cutlery tea coffee milk and biscuits!! Bed was comfy. Staff were nice.

It was a little dated and overlooked a car park. However I only stayed two nights and it’s a budget hotel so being dated didn’t really bother me.
