Staff were great and friendly, helped out everytime we had an inquiry. The beds were comfortable. Sink big enough for doing dishes even though we didn’t book a kitchen room. As we had travelling picnic dishes from lunch on the road. Location close to every thing you need or want to explore if you have a car. Free washer and drier for guests was excellent when we have been travelling on road with kids for a couple of weeks. Feels very safe and we found it quiet even though beside a main road.

The bathroom design is small and tucked behind entrance door. I hurt my elbow (which is in recovery from a prior injury) twice. Due to door not being able to recess all the way back, making entrance width smaller.

It was better than we expected. The beds were the most comfortable beds. The room temperature was perfect. It had all the neccessary amenities in the room which made the trip easier. We were travelling behind schedule along the great Ocean road and staff called to check we would make it in time. It turned out they closed earlier than we thought, but they made the effort to call and arranged to leave key accessible and provided me with after hours number if we had any issues on arrival. That was great service. Very generous and thoughtful.

Pillows were too big.

If you see a problem like it wasn't clean properly or if something isn't working properly & so on..... thay get onto it straight away.. or next time you stay thay make a point of doing the things you find as a highlight on your next booking...

The only problem I could see was when someone next door has a shower or when someone flushes the toilet, you can hear the water going.. but insaying that I still would stay here as there are more good things than bad things....

The restaurant at the property was outstanding. Excellent friendly staff, a great menu and affordable prices. A comfortable bed and a clean room.

The TV. The TV set up using Foxtel is a great idea if it worked properly. It was slow, clunky and suffered from drop outs more times than it actually worked. It took me hours to get it to work and even then it was still bad. As an electrical engineer this is a poorly installed system.

Room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Also very well appointed, it had everything we needed. I really like that there were comfortable chairs to sit on and loved the modern decor. Also nice to have the sliding doors open onto the garden. Bed was also very comfortable which made for a good nights sleep 😊.

My only suggestion was to have mugs as well as tea cups, to make a decent size cup of tea or coffee. Also the fridge was a little on the small size.

Welcoming service on ANZAC Day for our over night stay Off street parking Fabulous food & attentive service in the motel restaurant (locals, Uber pick ups, + travellers), the beef short ribs with cauliflower mash was fab! We stayed in room 12 upstairs on the front corner - was noisy with trucks passing Family room (Queen + 2 x singles) Comfy beds, & big tv selection of stations Fluffy towels, basic room but clean

Dinner at the Henty restaurant was terrific. The girls who made hubby's cocktails were great, food was exceptional. Room was good (only a couple negatives-showers in adjoining rooms very noisy, 1 neighbour had a shower at 12.30 which woke me. And opposite wall, could hear snoring at 3am) but facilities good otherwise. Was nice to have some Foxtel channels available on the TV. And the sofa in the room was a great place to relax without "lying on the bed".

The room was clean and well presented on arrival. The bed was comfortable and there were facilities to make tea and coffee. The restaurant was clean, well presented and the staff were exceptional. We ate one breakfast and two dinners there.

On the second day I had to ask for fresh towels but otherwise the service was exceptional. It would have been nice to know what services were available to us such as local eateries and maybe the main attractions that are very popular in the area.

Stayed in Premium Suite, bed was amazing, wonderful spa for two. Very clean and smelt heavenly, large comfortable room. Furniture and cabinets were outdated. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had a cosy atmosphere, attentive staff and great food. Would definitely stay there again.

Cabinets were very outdated, and the nightstands were missing drawers. Sofa was a little too soft.

Room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable ( not the pillows) Staff were friendly. Shower pressure was amazing.

Pillows were uncomfortable, walls were thin so if you had loud talkers next door like we did you could hear them quite easily. There is lots of lamps but more overhead lighting would be good. Mirror in the bathroom was very awkward to do make up or hair as it was on the side wall.
