They were very accomodating since I arrived after Office hours and left before they opened, which made it nice and easy for me. When I signed the paperwork and dropped it into the office the lady at reception was very lovely and friendly and thanked me for bringing the paperwork. The room was tidy and clean, the pillows were quite nice, the bed was a little uncomfortable. The room was heated for me when I arrived late at night (thank you from a QLD girl). The topper was a beautiful thank you note on the table for me hand written with a little picture of a map. MADE MY DAY!

Nothing that I didn't like. The bed could be a little more comfortable.

Chalet was comfy. Easy to get to main roads for travelling in and out of Launceston. Even though the park is alongside the main road, when door is closed never heard traffic. Easy to sign in and out. Had Queen bed and two single beds. All comfy and warm. Reception staff friendly.

Needed more dishwashing liquid than what was provided

Location to city, animals roaming freely in the park, friendly office staff, availability of essentials onsite for purchase (milk), pamphlets show casing attractions etc, restaurants. No need to agonise researching.

Steep steps, tight parking, sliding bathroom door requires damper dots to stop door hitting wood frame with a bang.

I love how comfortable it feels when my family stays together here and it was a great experience for my 2 daughters first time traveling You got a nice view and playground We are happy to say we love it 😊

The shop should have more snacks or something with kids friendly on sale

Asked for a receipt only to be told that she hadn't received the money from booking.com yet. She said I will put cash on the receipt even though I won't get the money until next week. I said I paid for it 3 weeks ago and I need a receipt, sorry

We were upgraded to the luxury Condo. WOW. What an upgrade. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. The view of Launceston was really good. Even being so close to the main highway there was very little noise. Will be returning.

There was nothing to not like.

Honestly one of nicest stays I’ve had while on holiday. The cabin was modern, clean, conveniently located. The staff were lovely and accommodating. If I could give a higher rating I would.

Spotless, lovely view, comfortable, great for a family or just our little friend group of three. Walkable to conveniences and a quick uber/drive to CBD for more options, gorge adventuring, etc. Great bang for our buck. Hands down, favorite Tassie stay.

Was really looking forward to a coffee but no sugar was left. Honestly not that bad. Just went up the road for one.

Customer service, very helpful and always pleasant, great location and clean and fresh facilities.

The parking space was tight for unit 8, and an assist hand bar for the upper bunk to climb and exit with ease and bearing weight on the ladder runs with ease.
