Older style hotel but very clean and comfortable, all staff encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Sunday checkout was not good, stepped out of room for a few minutes, tried to go back in at 10.01am to collect bags and get to airport but room card wouldn't let me back in, As reception is not manned on Sundays was extremely stressful as had no idea how to get back into room. Luckily, went past bottle shop, spoke to employee who had a universal card who then let me back in. I think more clarity at checkin needs to be given on Sunday check out procedure and very clearly explained that once 10am ticks over room card will no longer work, and give instructions for what to do if you do accidentally leave room and try to get back in a few minutes past the 10am check out time. Was a very stressful situation.

Very convenient for us attending Agfest. Room was clean,king size bed was very comfortable and the hotel having its own restaurant/ bistro was very handy. Right next to IGA which was also a bonus. Room size was good. Plenty of hot water in the shower.. The room next to us had a spa, which was very noisy when in use. Great large screen TV.. Had to move the microwave up onto the bench as it was way too low to safely use where it was originally placed .

Bit of a glitch with reception saying we were booked in for 1 night, when we were booked in (and had paid) for 4. However, It was very quickly sorted. There were 4 concrete steps leading up to our room and there was no handrail at all, which made it very difficult (and dangerous) for me to go up and down as I have a knee problem. Will check out the other rooms that are more easily accessible next time The bathroom vanity unit was very small leaving nowhere next to the sink to place your toiletries when using them.

The reception and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my interactions with them. The pool was fantastic and the spa was good. The body lotion and conditioners were so creamy. I loved using them. The sheets were crisp and the bed was beautifully made. I would come here again.

The key card stopped working. Luckily we noticed during business hours and reception fixed the issue immediately. There is still painted info on the pool door which states it closes at 9pm, whilst a paper notice on the glass next to the door stated 8pm. My daughter didn’t notice that until we decided to all go to the pool at 8:0pm and were disappointed to realise it was already shut. Please get someone to remove the 9pm signage. However, when we went in at the correct time, we enjoyed the pool and spa immensely.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern interior design and facilities inside the rooms including small kitchenette. Plenty of parking. Large supermarket right next door. Didn't go in but pub and bottle store sit right alongside. Would have no problem staying here again (i did a 1N stop over)

The old saying, never judge a book by its cover. Modern, refurbished interiors are not what you expect when you see the outside which looks rather incongruous! Its a classic older motel exterior design with multiple room blocks scattered over an uninteresting landscape.

Great location. Adjoining bar , bistro/ pub with great food deals and a welcome discount voucher. Enjoyed a few games of pool Close to airport, short drive to cbd, nature walks nearby, walk to shops and supermarket, very clean room and friendly staff. The pool was nice addition but spa not inviting ( warm , dated) . Disappointed in ‘kitchenette’ quality with terrible fridge. Free movies on streaming services. Facilities rather dated but bathroom renovated and everything clean. Bed very comfy and crisp clean sheets.

This is the third time we've stayed here it has everything we need, The units are always clean, warm and comfortable. The bathroom in clean and modern, Great Shower. Wifi is good and TV has all the streaming services. Supermarket and food services are close enough to walk to. Location is not far from Launceston CBD and also easy access to the more scenic towns such as Evandale, Deloraine and Longford.

The bed is hard. The Pub restaurant is convenient, but the food and service is average at best.

The location.

Have stayed often at The Old Tudor but always as a single and loved the fresh renovated units. Travelling with my sister so hired a family unit. Very disappointed as unit very old and tired. Needs some love. Shower over bath. Not easy to manage and water pressure bad so hard to regulate temperature. Could not get any local TV stations and was in an adjoining room so could hear every sound from next door but generally every thing else was great. Just glad it was only for one night.

We were upgraded to a Spa King Suite which was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. There was a restaurant on site and an IGA shop closeby which was convenient. Our unit was at the back of the complex and it was quiet.

The check in was careless. We were asked to use an electronic system without any offer of assistance. The staff member was not helpful and when asked if there was an alternative pillow available did not enquire but suggested that we could buy one at a local K Mart!

The King spa suite was very roomy, bed was exceptionally comfortable, double shower was lovely with excellent water pressure. Lots of quality fluffy towels provided. Under floor heating in the bathroom area was wonderful, kept the temperature at a very cosy level. It was great to step out of the shower onto heated tiles. The room was clean and Basics (shampoo,, conditioner, body wash ) were all provided, plus tea coffee and milk. Just a short walk across the car park to the Bistro and a very big IGA supermarket was next door. Very nice place to stay and location was excellent. Didn't hear any noise from road traffic. When we had an issue with the toilet flushing (which turned our not to be an issue at all) staff were there within 10 minutes of reporting it. Furnishings were a little dated (but it is Ye Old Tudor Hotel!)😊 Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

I would like to see the microwave up on the bench instead of on a low shelf under the bench. It was very awkward for us old folk to bend down to use it and very hard to read the controls when it was so low. I have knee problems and it was a bit tricky getting up the 3 concrete steps to the room without a hand rail.

Everything was great about the stay .

We booked for dinner 7.30 and was told that drink service was closing before we even finished our dinner . We felt like we were being rushed out even before we finished dinner . Pokies and drinks closed the earliest I have ever stayed at a pub. If they told us this when we booked for dinner we would have booked in earlier . I think more communication with your guests would have avoided our group of 6 being a bit disappointed.
