The location suited us as it is near parking, shops and cafes and restaurants. No need to use the car at all other than for any travel outside of the city area. The room was comfortable and warm and the king size bed a pleasant surprise in a studio apartment.

Unfortunately the traffic noise was unsettling but we attributed that in part to the supercar event at Simmons Plains swelling the city with car enthusiasts. The plumbing is rather dated and would benefit from an update but otherwise the apartment was very acceptable and good value for money. We would certainly consider staying again.

My studio 1-bedroom had a well-equipped kitchenette, allowing me to make breakfast and coffee before going out for the day. A convenient location, with inside coffee shop next door. Just a 300-metre walk to Myers, Bathurst Street Mall, Cinemas, restaurants, shopping, cosy pubs, and Launceston Metro free bus stops.

There are no luggage trolleys available. I walk with a walking stick, and can only manage one bag at a time. I had 2 bags.A trolley would have been convenient. There are no seats in the foyer, only in the reception office. This is an oversight. There should also be a drinks and snacks dispenser machine, for after-hours purchases,

Great location, close to the city centre. Studio apartment was quite large, cooking facilities were good. Bed was very big and comfortable. Bathroom was large. Bonus was the free access to Foxtel.

There wasn't a lot of bench space for cooking in the kitchenette. There is parking across the road in the multi story car park for a fee but you can park on the street for free after 5.30pm and before 9am the next day. .

These apartments are right in the middle.of town and you're spoilt for choice with places to eat dinner, go for a drink or brunch. You can walk to everything. The apartment is huge and bigger than expected with 2 generous bathrooms as well. For an older apartment it was impeccably clean with only minor wear and tear to furniture. Beautiful view out the window to older buildings and the clock tower.

Hard to say this, because the place is mostly great ...but the central location is good as detailed above but also difficult for parking with only 1 hour street parking even on the weekend. Also hard checking in on a Friday evening to find a park and unload our car and tired toddlers and then get all baggage up a flight of stairs to the lifts. Also the clock tower which is stunning to look at chimes loudly every 15 mins till late in the evening (maybe around 10pm I can't quite recall) and then on the hour all night till 7am where it starts again every 15 mins!! Ear plugs are provided but with toddlers I can't use them.

Brianna was wonderful and made the check in easy and effortless. Cassandra couldn't do enough for us and was very friendly and professional on check out. Nothing was too much trouble, and due to their service, we will most certainly be staying again in a few months. They are a credit to you and your company.

Someone was trying to break into the connecting door at 2 am. in the morning.. frightened the daylights out of us, and so we were awake for the whole night.. it only went on for about an hour, and then they stopped... Perhaps better signage on connecting doors would help stop any confusion I think. 👍

We arrived early but thought we just confirm check in time and maybe leave our bags. The gentleman were very helpful and said our room was ready and good go up straight away. The services apartment was big and spacious, lovely views and most importantly very clean

We had not booked parking and the council / city have metered parking on the street. Finding parking can also be limited but the accommodation is directly opposite a parking station which made things convenient when needed
