Layout of accommodation was very good and I found it very clean and facilities very good. Short walk to restraints and shops. It was great having a seperate bedroom closed off from rest of apartment.

Unfortunately Parking was a little complicated. My Toyota Prado didn’t fit in garage and I ended up working out a plan with residents in unit1.

Apartment clean and tidy and well laid out. Bed comfortable and room comfortable temperature - never needed to use air con. Great bathroom and shower layout etc. and kitchen very usable. Lounge / TV area spacious. Very comfortable place to stay.

Slight cleanliness issues: Mould in grout lines in shower. Grout wash on walls from never cleaned properly after tiling. Lounge furniture showing wear / tear - leather / vinyl split / coming apart. Garage door heavy / hard to open / close - needs new door or automation. Had to move car as cleaning / lining supplies kept in garage for unit we had - but cleaners were polite about it.

Clean, comfortable, excellent shower. Good cooking facilities. Plenty of room for luggage. Good to have a washing machine and drying rack.

Parking a bit tricky. Code for apartment didn't work, so we wasted time trying to contact apartment manager for new code.

Location and size of apartment.

No cleaning was carried out during my stay, no additional toilet paper, fresh towels. Split air con also should be in bedroom, I slept on sofa lounge beneath Ac unit to stay warm.

The property was clean and tidy and well placed in relation to the cbd. It had a nice view of the city and a sunny aspect. The staff exceptionally helpful and responsive. Well appointed and well thought out.

Great modern, spacious apartment in a great location. Well equipped n clean. We stayed one night but would definitely stay again.

Easy check in, didn’t meet any staff but plenty of information by email and a comprehensive information folder. the apartment was very clean with good facilities and a comfortable bed.

The garage is definitely for small cars only. Also there was an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom. Otherwise a really good place to stay

Communication with manager was easy, the appartement location was great and the property was spacious. Modern bathroom and huge bed.

The kitchens cutlery/glassware was a bit dirty.

Proximity to everything. Very easy entry and good communication from owners. Very clean and well equipped.

The only negative was the lack of heat from the hotplates. Quite old so might need updating.

Well sited. Warm and comfortable with quality fittings.

Garage parking but too small for my car which is not an overly large one. No tea towel for washing up. No face washers and only one small piece of soap for two people over two days. Sparsely furnished.
