Terrific location - quiet but central, easy walk or drive to all Launceston eateries and attractions. Elevated situation above the city and river valley with wonderful views at all hours and fresh breezes on balcony. Two bed apartments with galley kitchen off lounge, dining area and cosy balcony with views and privacy. Two couches, smart TV and free wifi. Scrupulously clean, large bathroom and roomy shower, lots of towels serviced daily. Lots of very hot water. Free off road car park has good security lights, no worries about vehicles. Reception closes 6pm but your door key opens the security entry so it is a very safe building. Best of all there is a lift servicing all floors so that there is no issue with disabled access. Manager lives onsite so any issues after hours are quickly resolved.

Everything was great value. This was a 3 star motel with clean everything and everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Staff happily replaced the iron when it was dirty. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues but not enought to impact our stay. Magnificent view over Launceston valley.

The window was heavy and had no way of keeping it open safely. My mother jammed her fingers.

The location was great. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops and supermarket. Also walked to the City Park which was nice. Nice view from the balcony. Comfortable beds. Handy having access to a laundry.

Although there was car parking spaces, the spaces were not allocated to a room number. Could not be guaranteed a park if going out in the evening and returning late.

Stayed in a two bedroom upgraded bathroom. Was a pleasure to shower in it. My daughter has a new wheelchair ( ndis funded to suit her body) now it is a real juggle to get it in to the lift. It only just fits on a backward turn squeeze in. I know there is nothing that could be done. But maybe make down stairs available for easy access

Situated on the ground floor with a view back over Launceston, the apartment had everything we could need. The complex was very centrally, close to supermarkets and more importantly, close to coffee and great food outlets.

Although the apartment had all the facilities, the seating area in the lounge was pretty uncomfortable. The two couches and the chair were all devoid of any foam padding internally. It was like sitting on a dining room chair.

shower screen door was difficult to use seemed to be installed backwards the way it opened and for a larger person you need to leave bathroom door open to get into shower as was the taps for the shower water to get right mix of hot and cold

Good value small apartment close to city centre. We parked the car and walked everywhere. Kitchen equipment was suitable for making simple meals. Nice view from all but ground floor, but ground floor has easy access to the parking area.

The little fridge froze a couple of bits of food. Otherwise fine.

Good location and a lovely walk to most restaurants, pubs and the farmer’s market. Apartment was basic but clean and friendly staff. Great view over Launceston as well!!

Nothing really, maybe just an extra wine glass as we had three adults and only two of each wine glass

The view was amazing, so beautiful. The room was so clean and went beyond my expectations. The location was amazing, easy to get to where we had to go during the days we spent there. Thank you for an incredible getaway!!

Parking was tight and struggle squeezing in and the wifi wouldn't work as it wouldn't load or work at all.

Great location close to the CBD. Roomy 2 bedroom apartment was nice and spacious and well equipped. Nice view from the balcony out over Launceston as well epecially at Sunset.

Walls could be a bit thin at times meaning if you have noisy neighbours it could be disturbing for you. Fan in the bathroom is a little loud.
