Terrific location - quiet but central, easy walk or drive to all Launceston eateries and attractions. Elevated situation above the city and river valley with wonderful views at all hours and fresh breezes on balcony. Two bed apartments with galley kitchen off lounge, dining area and cosy balcony with views and privacy. Two couches, smart TV and free wifi. Scrupulously clean, large bathroom and roomy shower, lots of towels serviced daily. Lots of very hot water. Free off road car park has good security lights, no worries about vehicles. Reception closes 6pm but your door key opens the security entry so it is a very safe building. Best of all there is a lift servicing all floors so that there is no issue with disabled access. Manager lives onsite so any issues after hours are quickly resolved.

this is a great little hotel, great location, comfortable and cozy. it has a great little kitchen, very comfortable beds and fantastic shower. instant hot water. we have stayed here a few times and will stay here again. walking distance to the shops and restaurants, walking distance to the hospital.....we love it, a tad old but very comfortable and the rooms have been refurbished.

the parking is a little tight when full, we own a 4x4 ute. but eh it ok and useable.

Everything was great value. This was a 3 star motel with clean everything and everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Staff happily replaced the iron when it was dirty. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues but not enought to impact our stay. Magnificent view over Launceston valley.

The window was heavy and had no way of keeping it open safely. My mother jammed her fingers.

The location was great. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops and supermarket. Also walked to the City Park which was nice. Nice view from the balcony. Comfortable beds. Handy having access to a laundry.

Although there was car parking spaces, the spaces were not allocated to a room number. Could not be guaranteed a park if going out in the evening and returning late.

Bed was comfy, spa bath was excellent Staff were exceptional I left my Oodie dressing gown there and they phoned me quickly enough so we could return to pick.it up

Tap for the shower over the spa bath couldn't be kept up so that the shower ran by itself Borh the shower and the bath ran at the same time Tap for the spa was ok

The accommodation was well priced given the standard. It was clean, tidy and functional and the bed was comfortable. Had everything that I needed plus plenty of off street parking. Was a very short walk to the city CBD.

The room had everything a traveller needs and very comfortable beds. Warm and cozy when outside was cold. Incredible value for what we paid.

Rather a plain decor but the view of Launceston from the double glass doors made up for it.

Stayed in a two bedroom upgraded bathroom. Was a pleasure to shower in it. My daughter has a new wheelchair ( ndis funded to suit her body) now it is a real juggle to get it in to the lift. It only just fits on a backward turn squeeze in. I know there is nothing that could be done. But maybe make down stairs available for easy access

shower screen door was difficult to use seemed to be installed backwards the way it opened and for a larger person you need to leave bathroom door open to get into shower as was the taps for the shower water to get right mix of hot and cold

Clean and fresh room quiet location and the balcony. A homely feel with kitchen facilities including a microwave, stovetop with oven and even an electric frypan. Nice and cosy with the heat pump. Choice of pillows and lovely warm bed with doona
