The room was spacious and very clean. The room seemed if it had been recently updated so everything seemed fresh and new. The bathroom was sparkling clean and very spacious. The location was fantastic just a short walk to the park across the road and 5 minute walk to the city centre. Our daughter was coming to stay with a new baby and the reception assisted us ensuring having a room next door. My huband and I had a premiere deluxe room which had a double and single bed along with a small sittinging area with 3 chairs, Our daughter had a similiar room which made it fantastic for us to sit and chat together while the baby was sleeping. Although reception isn't manned check in was super easy - collecting keys from deposit box, Staff were also on site to help out. So all in all great place for a weekend or overnight stay.

The accomodation was all you needed for a short stay. The only thing that the exterior of the property to could do with a touch up. However our room suited our needs and was quite large and comfprtable.

Stayed here for a wedding in Launceston. It was very clean, comfortable and excellent proximity to the CBD (easy walk). The shower pressure and hot water was great.

I was worried about check in due to no reception and we were arriving quite late at night however it was a smooth process.

Location was ideal for the purpose of my visit. The room was clean and the bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated? The bed was very comfortable.

Some heating in the bathroom would have ben nice - it was really cold! In a Tassie winter it is nice to have a warm bathroom.

The room was very spacious, clean and equipped with what we needed for our stay. Manageress was very friendly and helpful. Location was quiet and peaceful, and yet a short walk to the CBD containing numerous cafes and shops. Very reasonably priced too.

The driveway to enter the complex was rather steep, but we just got used to it. Good for toning up the leg muscles!!

The motel is opposite City Park, was nice to have that so close for some peace and quiet. The staff sent me instructions to get the key from a lock box, all of that was easy. Plenty of car parking. The walk into the town center is only about 10 minutes. There is a steep driveway from the road up to the motel rooms, so if you have difficulty walking and don't have a car, this might be an issue. The room was comfortable and a good size.

Comfortable room with nice beds, sitting spaces and tea and coffee provided along with mini fridge. Good location across from park and easy walk to shops. Smooth contactless check in and out.

Bathroom door did not fully close or lock. Room was quite hot in the afternoon sun but did have air-conditioning.

Only minor issue was the cleaner using her keycard to come in unannounced while I was still in bed. She apologized right away but luckily I was awake. This was around 8:30am-8:45am so I thought check out was 10am and had little bit of time to rest and get ready to leave. Maybe a miscommunication on the cleaner but a door knock would have been enough. Overall experience was fine.

Room was spacious, looks like it was normally containing two beds. Tv was fine. They had a fridge. Room was quiet. This is the second time we have stayed here. The first time was a much more modern room. Both times the shower was hot and had nice rain shower heads. Both times the rooms had a coffee table and chairs to relax. The first room had a separate kitchen sink. Overall both rooms were comfortable.

The second room did not have a toaster or utensils. The bed headrest looked like it was from the 1970s. There were no staff onsite. We picked up the key from a shared lockbox, which introduces some risk.

The location was amazing. The room was clean and tidy and it was quiet!

They only provided us with 2 towels when we’d booked for 3 people and there’s no one at reception so not something we could rectify. They also don’t respond to messages in a timely manner.

Location is nice opposite city park. Walking distance to the centre of Launceston. Reasonable price for a nice clean comfortable motel style room. Parking is good. Staff are friendly and helpful.
