Was a late Check in due to a family emergency.Got to our room rather late on a very cold and wet night.Lights were on and heating had been turned on.Coffee tea and bikies was very much needed and provided., and the room was cosy a immaculatly clean. We had then book another night and the staff members not only chaged our room to accomadate my older mum because of the stairs, they also came and helped us move our belongings from the top room to a bottom room.Thank you ladies for making our stay cofortable and stress free.will be back and will highly reccomend to anyone.

The staff were amazing. I arrived and there was no one at reception. After a bit of frantic checking I finally realised I'd missed all emails regarding late check in and was in a bit of a panic. I phoned the number on the door and the woman who answered was wonderful. We were in our room 3 mins later and I also realised that all the information had been sent to me on email. I just hadn't checked. Then the cleaning staff came by in the middle of the day as we were reorganising the 2nd half of our day. She was lovely. Polite, helpful, and efficient. Yes, the facilities are basic, but it was beautifully clean and worth what we paid. My only suggestion would be to replace the missing items of crockery, glasses and cutlery. Our room could sleep 3 people but there was only 1 wine glass and 1 fork. Not really an issue as neither of us were drinking and we shared a fork. For the amazingly low cost of the room we were happy to share a fork. I've already recommended your hotel to friends looking for affordable and clean accommodation. Your location is exceptional

the accommodation met our purpose as a roof over our heads and it had basic cooking facilities. The location was handy as we were able to walk everywhere including Cataract Gorge and the Coles complex.
The bathroom was dusty under the sink area accommodating a couple of spiders. The passageways were leafy. Some power points didn't appear to work. There was a sign up saying the laundry closed at 8 meaning we went to a laundromat, but I don't think it did close.

Very friendly and approachable staff, Excellent room and far exceeded our expectations considering it was very affordable, great views heating and provided furniture and equipment.
There was some little areas of mess which were understandable as they seemed to be placed out of site. (Such as a wrapper under a table, a pizza box on top of a tall cupboard and some packets in the bathroom). But overall this didn’t bother us much. Would’ve also liked 1 more chair as it was a 3 person stay with 2 chairs.

Right from arriving, this was a very pleasant experience. The girls at reception were welcoming and helpful. We were given a groundfloor room, and parking was available. The central location allowed us to walk to all our appointments, which was a great blessing with parking being so difficult in Launceston. The room was clean and well presented. We have found a little treasure for those times we need to overnight in Launy.

The room was clean and fairly spacious. The bed was comfortable to sleep in and the hotel management were courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel was a short one kilometre walk into the CBD. Overall, an excellent experience.
The amount of crockery was sparse. There were only two tiny side plates provided to put our food onto! Also, the carpark spaces were really cramped due to so many SUV's dominating the area - a parking accident (car door dents and bumper scratches) waiting to happen. My own saloon car (a Mazda 3) was scraped by another vehicle. Perhaps the drivers of large vehicles could be asked to park their vehicles on the road outside?

No. 29: Spaciousness of the apartment. Although the kitchenette and bathroom are a bit out-dated, it didn't hinder our stay in any way, in fact the lay-out was good. Very happy to stay there again.
Being the first night of Festivale Parklane was booked out and we walked to dinner in the city for fear of losing our car park. Walking back up the hill after dinner was extremely difficult for me.

Olivia was lovely , friendly and helpful on our arrival We had not been to Launceston before , so she gave a few ideas on direction and what was around in walking and shopping distance. Our room overlooked the park which was nice. Only had to ask for a hairdryer , the girls just gave us some extra linen when we asked . And we were able to leave our car a little longer after checkout so we walk to the local Saturday morning farmers market which is a must see.

We booked three rooms for family to attend FESTIVALE in the park opposite. The motel is tired but the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. We knew it was a low cost motel but we needed a comfortable bed, close to the event. You don't book a luxurious hotel when you just need a place to sleep. We were lucky to get parking. We understand some low life's, not motel guests, used the parking to attend the event, causing some guests to miss out on a car space. We will stay again.
I was happy to have a convenient place to sleep.

The location was close to the city but easy to get onto major highways The room needs a bit of TLC and there was only a full bath with a shower over it which is not ideal for older folks. The bed was comfortable, and we had a good nights sleep.
The walk way outside our unit was a bit of amess and i had to remove rubbish another guest had left in front of our unit
