The room was great and the location was easy to get to anywhere in Launceston.

We had a downstairs room and it was extremely noisy from the people above. We had constant walking, which sounded like stomping from the above guests. There was also an extremely loud noise through our ceiling of an evening (around 10.30pm), which sounded something like an extraction fan. All we could guess was that someone upstairs was having a shower and had the fan on? This was loud enough to wake up our kids and on the first night, it went for about 15-20 minutes. Some additional sound protection from upstairs would be a big improvement.

It was clean and location was great. Chantelle from the staff was very helpful, attentive to our needs and friendly. We were provided with a locker facility to store our luggage and allowed a late checkout due to our flight being very late in the evening.

1. For a 3 bedroom apartment it would be great to have 2 bathrooms (2 showers & 2 toilets). We were 6 adults and 2 kids and having just 1 shower in the apartment was very difficult & uncomfortable . Also, showering on the bath tub was really difficult. 2. We stayed for 4 nights and the property was not cleaned during our stay. We ran out of dishwashing powder, garbage bags, coffee sachets, etc. It was also quite uncomfortable especially because we had all 6 of us sharing only one shower so the bathroom got really messy and the towels, napkins etc had to be reused for 4 days.

The accommodation catered perfectly for my adult family, with us choosing to stay in the three bedroom apartment. Whilst we didn't use it on this visit, the outdoor space was a lovely extension of the living area downstairs. The kitchen was well resourced and clean.

The accommodation was a little chilly on arrival, especially upstairs, but the heating downstairs drifted up nicely and made the upstairs a comfortable temperature.

The beds were firm and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with a full sized fridge. Plenty of room for 6 people. Coles and Kmart right across the street so self catering is very easy and convenient. Big tv in the lounge. BBQ and outside seating in the private courtyard. A great choice for a family. Everything you need.

Not very wheelchair friendly. 1 step into the apartment and stairs up to the bedrooms. But this can be overcome if you are able to use crutches for short distance and up the stairs. This is not a criticism, just good to know if you have limited mobility.

Our apartment was comfort, clean and modern. We used the BBQ provided and access some extra tea and coffee to cater for 4 adults. Our check in was easy and we were welcomed by a lovely lady who was friendly and helpful.

On check out we were meet by an older lady who did not greet us, she just stated we needed to exit the room so she could inspect it before returning our cash deposit. We felt could have been a bit more pleasant on her arrival as she appeared rude..

Such a convenient location to pretty much everything. Rooms are either upstairs or downstairs and you don't hear your neighbours. Two bedrooms, very large bathroom, kitchenette and loungeroom. It had everything. Everything was clean. So much better then the last 2 places we've stayed at in Launceston.

My bed was quite hard, I'd prefer something softer. My daughters single beds seemed to be perfect for them. I didn't really like that you had to wash and dry your own dishes (as you then don't know if the last people did it properly), and you also need to gather up the rubbish bags you've used and dispose of them in the big bins on the property. At check-in, they did try to make me pay again but I had paid at the time of booking the room.

Launceston was the beginning of our Tasmanian trip. We came by bus from Devonport and the accommodation was an easy walk from where the bus dropped us off. The accommodation is very conveniently located across the road from a Coles Supermarket and a 10m walk from town. The apartment was comfortable with everything necessary but it was a little tired. The staff were really helpful with information about where to go and where to eat.

We liked that although there wasn’t a kitchen, there was a microwave, crockery and cutlery so that we could make our breakfast. We also liked the location being close to the supermarket.

Friday night hooning along the road in front, not that the property could do anything about that.

Good comfort extremely friendly staff every thing we needed for a one night trip

Didn't like the $200 credit card deposit for the hold of in case of damage.I think there are other ways of dealing with this issue now as I have been caught losing money in the past when a hotel refused to return the bond and I did have photos like I do every time I stay in a hotel room but no return so I think this needs looking at

Comfortable, roomy, clean apartment conveniently located near shops.

Contacting reception via phone prior to our arrival was impossible. The reception desk was unattended when we arrived at 11.45am. We were unable to store our luggage at reception while waiting for our check in time. We were tired after an early morning flight and felt unwelcome. When we expressed our frustration at not being able to store luggage or contact them, a simple apology… “ Oh, I’m sorry” would have gone a long way but was not forthcoming, instead staff were defensive and unhelpful.
