We had a suite with a balcony and view over the river which was good value. The living area was large with comfortable furniture and a good size kitchen that was quite well equipped. Lovely walk along the river; 39 min walk to Cataract Gorge. We did not have time to do the Tamar River Cruise but it was just nearby. The river side of the hotel has a significantly better outlook and less road noise. Plenty of restaurants around. We ate at Rupert & Hound, just next door, which we would recommend.

No oven/stove and the microwave was small and not easy to operate. We were charged for using an item from the mini bar, even though we had told them on checkout we did not use anything. The amount was refunded but it was a hassle and they should have checked with us before putting the charge through.

The room was so spacious (1bedroom suite) - it was perfect for travelling with a baby. There was good black out curtains and sound proofing so we didn’t disturb her when we were awake after her bedtime. It felt like a proper apartment not a hotel - which is excellent. The staff were lovely and the location is excellent - with a great park just across the boardwalk!

The high chair that was brought to our room was very old fashioned and pretty dirty which wasn’t ideal, but we were grateful for it bringing brought up. The noise from the wine bar was a little disruptive, but not too bad!

The location was fantastic, close to everything, and the restaurants underneath were so convenient. A lovely view of the river and a modern room which was well maintained, clean, and smelt lovely too. The staff were extremely wonderful and friendly providing us with a surprise bottle of wine at our dinner venue that night together with chocolates and cards in each of our rooms for Christmas Day. The complimentary truffles and drinks in the foyer were also a welcome treat each day.

Well located, easy to access driving in to Launceston on arrival and a short walk to the City Centre. Rooms are large with kitchen and lounge and separate bedroom. Good views over river and houses on hillsides. Cataract Gorge is minutes away by car and is a must see attraction.

There is no in house catering facilities so meals are available through nearby restaurants and cafes which were all good but there no recognition or priority for being a guest.

Excellent apartments that are large spacious with a well equipped kitchen. There is a separate bathroom, accessible without entering the bedroom. This is a big plus if someone is asleep. The apartment has a spacious lounge dining area with a good smart TV facility. I particularly need a large number of power outlets, and this apartment delivered with a very large number. All the staff I met were delightful and exceedingly helpful.

There is no dedicated car park arrangements. The car park seems to shared with other sites.

Was a good location, close to city and on the waterfront which does have a problem with mud smell. Good amenities and choices of restaurants close by. View of the Tamar. Very comfortable. Staff were excellent and very friendly.

The high cost of this stay should come with a level of cleanliness that befits the cost. The windows and sills were very grubby on the outside including the balconies which were dirty with one having old cigarette butts in the corner of the balcony. More attention needs to be paid to the cleanliness including the passageway which had an odor that was not pleasant. I wouldn't stay there again at those prices. A lot of road noise from the main highway running past the facility so better noise dampening would be a bonus.

Staff were great at check-in and out, with a beautiful lobby with fresh juice and truffle chocolates available. Great fitout with nice modern touches and Tas Oak furniture. Comfy bed and a powerful hot shower and two balconies to overlook launnie. Great room with full kitchenette, dining table, and sofa bed. Foxtel tv nice too. Close to all cbd destinations.

Squeaky bedroom door hinge. loose toilet roll holder, dirty external areas on balconies, etc. Paying for parking is very disappointing. With a booking highlighting 3 adult guests, to have only 2 sets of crockery supplied was remiss. Had a midnight tim tam fix that was melted, broken and not enjoyable.

Was a bit disappointed that i had rang 2 days prior to arriving to get in early as we had a concert to go to we had 2 bedroom apartment booked to arrive and not even one room was ready so we couldnt check in but other people were checked in while we had to wait by the time we were able to get in we had to leave . i know there was no guarantee but the lady i was speaking to did put priority . Wasnt nice to come back at 10.30 at night to check in our bags were delivered but a little frustrating

Location was great. Staff were amazing and the view was stunning. The rooms were extremely well maintained and extremely spacious living area, open kitchen and bedroom and bathroom. All the essential utensils were provided in the kitchen including microwave and dishwasher, very well equipped and it elevated our hotel stay experience since it felt very homely.

We rented 2 rooms and there was water leak in the room next door which affected our bathroom a little bit with soaked carpet but it wasn’t too much of a nuisance after-all since we were out during the day when they did the repair works and staff were very apologetic and responsive in handling the issues.

Location in Launceston was good in comparison to the main city center. Thankfully we had a river view,which was lovely. However if you were to have the "city" side,you would be over looking the main road and it would be quite noisy. The restaurants below were very handy for a variety of choice for meals. The walk along and around the dock and over the river is great. The room photo's,(1 bedroom suite river view) are true to actual room. Well laid out and lovely furnishings. Would stay again and recommend to others.
