Location was excellent in the heart of Launceston CBD with shops & eateries all within walking distance, including a fabulous bistro & bar within the property itself (extra expense). Room was very comfortable and clean and ample space for a single room that I booked. Bathroom had everything I needed. The property allowed me to store my luggage for early arrival, and had an easy self-checkout with a key deposit box for my early morning departure. Friendly and helpful staff anytime I needed assistance.

The shower head was only big enough to let out a stream of water, not a proper spray so wasn't the best shower but did the job.

Jack the host was very friendly and extremely helpful. My flight was delayed 8 hours and he came to the hotel to help me check in just before midnight. He was very accomodating, if there were more people like Jack in the world, it would be a better place. He did this just because he is a good person and i really appreciate that he helped me out after the airline stuffed up my travel plans. Big thank you to Jack.

Less road noise.

Fabulous freindly staff who went out of their way to please, great food/eataries, top location within easy walking distance to shops entertainment, and restuarants. Unfortunately there are no lifts only stairs but I was able to manage the two flights with the aid of the handrails. The staff took my luggage upto my comfortable room/ and dowstairs when I left easy exit just left my room key in the keybox. On the outside the only downside is geting a taxi is a nightmare which is surprising considering Launceston is Tasmanias' second largest city after Hobart. DEFINATELY WOULD RECOMEND AND I WILL BE COMMING BACK TO STAY.

The location was excellent. The room was basic, but all I needed for a short stay.

It was a little noisy, but that is to be expected in a hotel and it didn't cause me any loss of sleep. The window was to the corridor only. An external window would have been nice.

Did not have breakfast. Would like management to know that all staff gave exceptional service . Was very warmed by all their attention. Dinner was very enjoyable as was music

The stairs were sticky where some thing had been spilt. Could have been hazardous because shoes were sticking to stairs

It's just a relaxed friendly value for money place. I feel secure and looked after.

A few of the door handles seem quite loose and it made me apprehensive in getting either locked in out or damaging it myself which would never be my intention

A great venue with a bar downstairs. It was quiet for me. And I slept well. All good. I was able to leave my case there after checkout to pick up later.

Staff were absolutely amazing. Sarah and Matt thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. Don’t let ‘Em, Ang, Abby or your chefs go anywhere as they are an absolute asset for you. Location was walking distance to everything I needed.

Location is good but staff are friendly down to earth and let you have your fun. It's what hospitality is about. I spent 4 days here. 3 on my own 1 with a mate and was just relaxed great atmosphere great food drinks and banter. Well worth your stay and not over priced... my place to stay in Launceston cbd

Little bar fridge didn’t work, or wasn’t on. Wasn’t a major issue though
