The resort itself and the hospitality from the team were truly amazing. I loved the overall vibe, it felt like a genuine vacation with a refreshing beach and morning atmosphere. Every facility provided was premium, and the team’s service elevated the entire experience, making my stay enjoyable and relaxing.

The only downside was the cleanliness of the bed. Unfortunately, the bed sheets had noticeable hair and dust, which was quite unpleasant. I could feel and even pick them out by touch, which really diminished the comfort. If this hadn’t been a discounted room, I would have raised the issue immediately with the team.

Excellent accommodation at Angelsea. Andrew at reception was fantastic...very welcoming. The apartment was spacious and clean. We had a fantastic view from the lounge area and the balcony of the river and the ocean. All staff were fantastic. The guy at the bar/ cafe area was very courteous and friendly....he always had a smile when communicating. Great parking in front of the accommodation. Rooms were clean and large. The beds were comfortable. Gardens are well maintained. Feels very tropical with the palm trees.They have a great restaurant on site. You can drive to Lorne and Apollo Bay for a day trip via great ocean road. We highly recommend this venue.

Location close to shops and cafes

The fantastic balance of a Family friendly environment with Adult Luxury relaxation, we enjoyed tennis and the pool as a family, kids loved jumpz and great wifi, adults enjoyed happy hour and spa treatments 😃😃 And I will say the staff are excelling in every aspect of making guests feel welcome

Hard to criticise this resort, we didn't like our short stay, wished we booked longer, lack of onsite parking is a very minor dislike, we only had to walk an extra 10metres by parking offsite, and the gardener saw us and helped my kids with luggage!!

This hotel is amazing offering of a mini resort in every sense, great restaurant with best food offerings like fine dinning but casual meal price. Tennis, pool, gym and many trampoline space professionally setup for all to enjoy. Plus the palm trees make it feel tropical for Victoria. The staff very professional and friendly. Andrew working at the front desk on Christmas Day was absolutely fantastic.

It has everything one needs and very modern and clean yet has a tropical feel. All amenities are there including walking distance to shops and restaurants and cafes in Anglesea. However, for 12 Apostles activities than I would perhaps stay in Apollo Bay.

Our stay was great staff lovely surrounds beautiful. Good value. My only concern is television was very difficult to navigate . Just wanted to watch 7 plus which is free to air. Also would have liked an information booklet on the facilities available. Like how to operate the tv the spa and that there was entertainment in the trampoline entertainment area Saturday afternoon. Was great to come back to a made bed but thought the floors could have a quick sweep.

Wasn’t able to get a park which was a huge issue for us after a long day travelling- having to cart luggage from so far away very inappropriate Couldn’t even get a park in the street outside. Not at all satisfactory for 77 year olds. The venue really Really needs to have an assigned park for each unit. This lack of available parking would prevent us recommending this venue to anyone.

I hands down love the trampoline park with a kiosk bar close by. Very close to the beach. Staff were very friendly.

None but what I do like to recommend is to have some pre-made sandwiches in the kiosk bar from 0900 until the kitchen is open for lunch. Kids are awake early and already in the trampoline park. They didn't want to leave to eat anywhere, so I wish the kiosk had some muffins or a ready-made snack or sandwiches. I realized later on that I should have purchased the continental breakfast to be delivered to the room instead as an option. Next time, I will certainly do that.

The resort facilities and location were perfect. Great distance from the beach and walking trails and if you want to stay in the resort there was plenty to do (tennis’s court, swimming, gym as well as a day spa and drinking options). The rooms were cosy.

The customer service. It was non existing. We were barely greeted by the front desk when we first arrived. When we called the phone, no one picked up or called us back. We didn’t get simple requests like wifi information upon arrival.

Loved the rooms decor & cleanliness. The bathroom amenities were gorgeous, as were the bed linens. Absolutely perfect size for the 3 of us & we didn’t require any one thing more. The lay out of the resort & tropical gardens were just stunning. The trampoline park was wonderful for kids & let us adults relax and enjoy a drink at the bar in the sun. On site coast restaurant had lovely staff & superb meals & cocktails Walking to and from the beach was easy & enjoyable along the river. Took maybe 8 minutes with the little one
