Fantastic hotel with a great room with very comfortable bed and furniture, also great and relaxing bathroom facilities. Also superb access to the hotel car park and restaurants.

I booked a round of golf at the resort (9 holes) and hired a set of clubs which had the wrong type of club i.e. there was a left handed club in a right handed set, whilst this was not the worst experience during the round I did mention it to the staff at the pro shop who did not seem remotely interested which was disappointing as the golf course has a good reputation, they need to focus more on their customer service, I would note that the different staff in the pro shop earlier were very helpful and excellent.

The bed was super comfy and the room was huge! They provided slippers, and toothbrush and paste, and even bath soaks for the bathtub. The room we stayed were an connected room, not sure whether there was no one next door or just the soundproofing was good, usually with these connected family rooms, even with the door shut, both rooms would still be able to hear each other, I think it might be the soundproofing as we couldn’t even hear other guest leaving or shutting the room doors. The fitness facilities were all good and the buffet breakfast wasn’t too bad.

If guest wanted to water, would have to get it from the bathroom sink.

Fantastic location, wonderful bed and an all around excellent experience. The room was big with plenty of amenities available in the resort as well (not that we made full use of all of them). Bathroom to the room was phenomenal with a lavish walk-in shower and a very deep bath. Breakfast spread in the restaurant was also amazing.

The only real downside to the resort is the location if you're not travelling by car, which took us an hour by train and an hour by bus - granted it's only about 25min faster by car. The bus from Marshall station did stop almost directly in front of the resort though, so only a minor complaint.

Overall excellent. The building design is very picturesque and then when you walk in to be greeted by the friendly and professional staff and then the view makes it stand out. There is something for everyone. Pool, spa, kids play area, dining, golf, yoga, etc. The food is great, all great quality ingredients. The staff are very professional and I really appreciate this. I would stay again.

Small things such as: checkout is a little early and inflexible unless you $$. Could stock the mini bar instead of having to order it. The bathroom amenities were hidden in the drawer, I guess it keeps with the minimalism.

The room (higher level) was really spacious, and had a view over the golf course. Breakfast buffet was much better than average. The resort rang allegedly to find out our arrival time, we took the opportunity to suggest it might be cold and could we have another blanket - it was on the bed when we arrived

Now the dinner was disappointing. Loddon chicken was caked in salt, and my wife’s chips must have been cooked with fish - she is allergic to fish. We liked the iItalian restaurant I’ll Matto after that. There is a tourist bureau in town, but it would have helped if the reception had some brochures to hand out - we were looking for the surf coast walk.

Nice room, didn't have a balcony though which i did get last time. That would have been nice. The chairs were not as comfortable - the others were more of a lounge type chair in the room last time. Basin in bathroom was showing hairline cracks - ok to use but for this propertys rating i would not expect that.

We recently stayed at the hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel boasts modern amenities, including a delightful swimming pool and a spacious gym, providing a great opportunity for relaxation and exercise. One highlight of our visit was the breakfast. The hotel offered a good variety, and the buffet style allowed us to choose from a range of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The hotel was quite expansive and elongated. As a result, it was a bit of a walk to reach the lifts from our room. However, this design seemed intentional, as the hotel was constructed narrowly to ensure that every room offered a picturesque sea view. This unique layout added an interesting dimension to our experience. Although the sea view was not immediately adjacent to our room, we still enjoyed glimpses of the ocean. It's worth noting that the golf course situated between the sea and the rooms added layer to the scenery, creating a tranquil and picturesque environment. I would consider staying here again in the future.

My room, although advertised with a balcony, didn't actually have one. Fortunately, this deviation from the advertisement was not a significant concern for us, as the room still offered a nice view. The interior was comfortable and well-maintained, contributing to a positive stay.

The pool....however we would have liked more access to swim. Have you ever thought of posting the lane availability live online or in your TV ap. Breakfast was fantastic.

Choice in food for the time we were there ie 5 nights. We went back to our room after a swim and there were workmen in what seemed like the next room drilling so we were unable to have a nap.It would have been nice to give a notice under the door to let us know of these things as other 5 star hotels do.

Amazing!! Cant imagine what the property offered given the very reasonable price. Awesome resort with superb amenities. Best part was the aquatic center witha a spa!! I never saw such high ceilings in any hotel or resort room internationally but here even the standard Golf Room was jaw dropping. Breakfast was fine too. And the parking is inclusive aswell....everything was just fantastic!! Its going to be our place everytime we are coming to Great Ocean drive :)

I stayed for three nights as a circuit breaker/ wellness retreat. Property is wonderful. Excellent facilities. Comfortable room. Gym is great as is the day spa. Love that yoga was offered daily. Love that the resort has adopted some environmentally friendly practices too.

Minor things - Menu for all eateries was a little disappointing. Would love to see more healthy options / vego options / salads / açai bowls etc. I was in room 101 and was woken at 6.30am by the groundskeeper mowing the lawn. And the only other observation was having bagels on the breakfast buffet but no cream cheese
