Perfect location for where we needed to go, easy to book, room had everything we needed. We were able to walk into town and the gardens/lake and the drive to our evening event was easy and close.

The blind, covering the window, particularly as there is an outside security night light. Whilst the blind worked; there's a gap around the edge which lets light in. It's only a minor issue, but if you're a light sleeper, then it can be distracting. A curtain similar to that on the sliding door side would be perfect.

Plenty of coffee, tea, sugar and cookies. Extra blankets available Close to town Quiet area Staff were kind

Heating took awhile to set in The one and only cupboard available had a door missing so a bit hard to store luggage inside. Electric blankets didn't work. Basic TV setting (no Netflix available) just free to air. Says daily house keeping but this only happens if you place the card on the door, we did not know this until 2nd day and when it did happen only bathroom was cleaned. Has what looked like a restaurant on-site but was never open or running.

Everything was as expected for a motel, didn't really have any issues. Was a happy and comfortable stay. Was very close to places to order food and other facilities. Easy parking & access. Easy check-in. Clean room and plenty of facilities inside too.

Hot water pressure could've been better, sometimes it ran cold, I suspect it was a shared line on a smaller water unit but still had a decent shower and not a deal breaker.

Perfect location, friendly staff, very clean. I accidentally broke the soap shower holder, the owner was very understanding when I mentioned it to him.

Found the bed a little hard for my liking. Through no fault of the motel, the neighbours decided it was their night to have a domestic that went for about 5 hours, starting at 2.30am. This is out of the owners hands though

I liked the location of the property and the layout of room & balcony/outside area. I was in a spa bath room and throughly enjoyed my relaxing time in it.

The only down side I felt the room I was In could of had a little table & chairs as I like to play cards/Board games, plus eat across from one another. But in saying that I was in a luxury room which had a comfortable two seater couch instead.

Lovely, well-appointed rooms. Really friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location - so easy to walk to shops, pubs, and a horde of food choices. 7-Eleven a few doors away. The beds were super comfy, and the rooms were spotless. The heater worked really well. Water pressure in the shower was great. It is so great to have a kitchenette, including toaster and microwave. The little outdoor area was lovely as well.

The TV remote was a bit unresponsive - probably needs replacing.

The hotel staff provided exceptional service during our stay. They proactively reached out to us before our arrival and maintained excellent communication to ensure that we had an enjoyable experience. When we encountered a vehicle issue, a member of the staff went above and beyond to assist us in fixing it, allowing us to make the most of our time and enjoy our visit. We are truly grateful for their outstanding service.

Lacking sense of security because there is only one simple button lock for the room door which can be opened from outside with key. The chain lock was removed - good to reinstall back for better security for the guests

I found the gentleman in the office to be one of the most welcoming staff members compared with many others we encountered on our recent trip through Victoria. The room was very spacious and comfortable with the best bathroom of any motel we stayed at on our recent road trip.

There were a few noisy chaps outside in the carpark on our night there but luckily they settled down soon after 10 pm.

Great value, and lovely mid-century vibes. The brick arch facade is great & matches the furniture. Wifi router network was currently under an upgrade so can not review it - can only assume it is much better. It appears to be on a NBN 100/50 or 150/50 plan during my visit when doing a speed test.
