The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The room was exceptionally clean. Coffee, tea and milk was supplied. Also body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. There was minimal noise from the other rooms. Beds were comfortable and the motel was quite close to the town centre. Overall we had a restful stay. The overnight price was also very reasonable. We would stay again when visiting Camperdown.

Family-run motel, so the staff were on to every detail. A minor problem with an electric blanket plug was immediately solved. Really clean, freshly renovated good basic with new fittings. Quiet efficient air-conditioning. Good mini kitchen facilities. Really spacious room, very comfortable beds.

Easy to get to, good location. Very much enjoyed the heated blanket in the bed. Pretty spacious area for a single person. Big bathroom. There's a little bit of road noise but you are right near the main road so it wasn't really a big bother for me

No hot water in the shower for the time period I was there. And with the temperature down in the single digits at night, showers were not very enjoyable.

The room was clean and comfortable. The owners made us feel very welcome and very accommodating. It was an excellent base for exploring the region near Port Fairy, Tower Hill and Warrnambool. To the owners, thank you for presenting a clean, comfortable, beautiful room with everything you need. We look forward to coming back soon.

No cons.

Great updated bathroom with soft face washers & bathmats. Lovely firm mattress. & excellent WiFi access. Room was easy to access & parking was right at the door. Very impressed with the value for money & was easy to make booking on line.

Not a huge problem & these are only small observations, but dead flies on window ledge & the wall light on right of bed turned main light on/off but not the wall light itself (meant in the middle of the night, I woke my partner when I needed to get up).

A pleasantly surprising stay! Warmly welcomed upon arrival, the staff was incredibly friendly, briefing us on the facilities and assisting with check-in. The room itself left a lasting impression – fully renovated, brand new air conditioning, and a sparkling bathroom, making my time here thoroughly enjoyable. In terms of location, it's wonderfully quiet around here, definitely a good choice.

This was an interconnecting room, which gave us our preferred two bedrooms. The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. The shower was hot and strong but we only used the shower in one of the rooms. The rooms we quiet given their proximity to the main road.

Lovely family run motel, friendly and helpful. Very clean, comfortable, well appointed room. Comfortable beds. Motel was walking distance into town. We were happy with our stay that we decided to stay a second night. Would recommend this motel and would stay again.

Things I like… a couch in addition to a bed, proper bowls included in the kitchenette, a toaster, single use makeup remover wipes in the bathroom! I have stayed here a couple of times now and never bothered by noise from other rooms, very comfortable indeed.

Its one hour drive from/to 12 Apostles and the Loch Ard Gorge. Check-in was smooth though we reached late in the night. Rooms are big, clean and very comfy with parking just in front of the room. I guess most people stay there for the night on the way to/from the beaches and other tourist attractions so the cleaning staff comes in the morning and you had better check out by 1000. There is a 24hr open eatery next door where you can get late night meals from a limited menu. Camperdown is a nice quaint lil place with a central street with park on one side and family run restaurants on the other.
