Rooms were very clean and comfortable. It’s an older style motel but been refreshed with things like new carpet and retiled shower (shower is huge with good hot water pressure) and comfortable bed, AC/Heating etc.

I could hear next door’s (Room 1) 6am Alarm going off continuously for 30 minutes, before it was snoozed then repeated again. Not the Motel’s fault but annoying all the same This was Sunday morning too.

When we entered the reception, the owner Jim was really friendly and welcomed us happily. The room was really clean - top notch, quiet location and when checking out the other owner was also quite friendly, gave us chocolates and drinks too! Will definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Terang or nearby towns, definitely check out this place!

Location was excellent. I brought my own breakfast and man at reception kindly lent me a bowl, spoon and knife.

I guess the only little complaint I have is that, the workers who stayed next to me, were noisy early in the morning, and they smoked outside my window, so the smoke came into my room, even though I had it closed. Also they were talking outside, next to my room in the evening.

I enjoyed my stay here. Terang itself is a nice rural town with a rich history. Terang Motor Inn was nice and quiet. Very little road noise. Room was clean and tidy. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Although it was old it had been painted and spruced up. It had ample new extra power points even in the table of which you could plug in 2 USBs. The table also iextended out. The shower had been retiled and all necessary utensils were provided. On pulling up the lovely pots of geraniums were bright and cheerful.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable and the shower was very good. The owner was very friendly and helpful? I would certainly recommend it for a day or two.

The Room was clean & tidy and had been renovated at some stage. Has everything you would expect and was excellent value for money. Parking was out front of your door.

My only grip is a common one with Motels was being next to the highway but the road noise does get better.

Easy to find. Friendly staff with accommodating hours. Most comfortable beds, my son asked to take his home with us. I loved the hot shower with lots of water pressure. perfect break to refresh during a long drive.

This motel is an unrecognised gem in western Victoria. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are fastidiously clean, neat, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The motel also offers a daily breakfast service (even on Sundays!) which was absolutely fantastic and much welcomed. If you are looking for a place to stay while near Terang, then this is it!

Scrupulously clean motel room. Very comfy bed. Aircon worked well despite the cold weather. Staff were lovely. Very happy to stay here again.

I was looking forward to a biscuit with a cup of tea on arrival, but biscuits not supplied. I was not paying a premium price so can't really complain. If you want to use the toaster or microwave you will need to bring your own plates and cutlery.
