The room was very spacious, with a large table along the wall underneath the TV, another separate dining table with two chairs, and a double sofa seat along the wall, which was great and meant extra space. The lighting was good and the air conditioning unit was perfect. The room was also very clean. The bed, pillows and linen were all very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, with a very large mirror above the basin, which was nice. A good amount of storage space as well as a good size shower were also great. The toilet was partially separated from the rest of the main bathroom via a tiled wall, which was really practical.

There was no covered parking area available on site which, I suppose, was to be expected given the site is a Motel not a CBD Hotel. Parking on site was, however, easy and the room was easily accessible from the parked car.

We stayed for two nights and the 2 bedroom suite was very large with everything we needed including cutlery, plates and bowls and glasses. The bathroom and shower were also a good size. The motel is in a good location, close to the center of town and parking on site was very easy. I was able to check in easily after hours and the interaction I had with the staff was friendly.

Unfortunately, our first night was extremely noisy with people arriving home very late from a night out and a car alarm going off at 1.30am. You can hear everything, the room is not sound-resistant at all. The pillows were also really uncomfortable (I would recommend bringing your own). I also thought the room would have been serviced, however this wasn't the case.

Location - walking distance to centre of town, pubs, cafes, restaurants, shopping centres, beach and parks.

Unfortunately, we had to confront a noisy visitor!! The music was extremely loud during the day and well into the night. My husband had to knock on the visitor's door well after midnight to ask them to turn the music down.... This made it difficult to relax, watch a movie or nap in our own room during the day and later in the evening as it was for others when we found out the next day!! Surely, the owners of the hotel could have dealt with this on behalf of all visitors paying good money to stay there and who have right to some peace and comfort.

This motel is in a very convenient location. Easy walk to restaurants at night .

We booked for the Easter break, so no servicing of rooms, we had to go to office to change our towels . The shower recess has turned black from the mould and could use a good scrub or maybe replace the silicone.(mould was in very tight corners and would be hard to get too ). There is a guest kitchen available and it was really well equipped but the rubbish bin was full and almost overflowing and the bin remained full for next two days . I did take my rubbish around the corner to the bins, they were pretty full too . ( realise that it was Easter and some services are on hold for the break ) . Can’t complain about the room size or location . Reception lady was lovely .

We stayed in a double bedroom suite and it was quiet and comfortable. The location is perfect, and free app streaming on tv, WiFi and parking are a great inclusion. It was clean, comfortable and had tea / coffee making facilities along with a microwave in the kitchenette.

If there was just one thing only, the heater was blowing out smelly air - possibly from the filters - so we couldn't use it to warm up the room but the electric blankets for all beds helped!

Nice room with queen and single bed. Both beds were comfortable thought different (single was firm and queen softer). Very neat and great for what we needed. Water pressure is average but nothing that would not make me stay here again. We arrived late and left early so the key was left for us to collect. The drop off box was beside the pick up box. Communication from the comfort inn was good.

The wash room basins are placed very high, inconvenient for short people. The guest kitchen timings can be extended to suit a bit late dinner as well as early breakfast.

These rooms exceeded my expectations. I was travelling for work and they were clean, spacious, had everything i needed, a comfy bed and was walking distance to loads of restaurants and shops. I was alone, and i still felt safe.

It was really windy the 2 nights i stayed- even an earthquake! I didnt notice the earthquake but the wind flapping the rubbish bags outside kept waking me- (the noise of rustling plastic) and the exhaust fan even when turned off catches wind and also makes a noise. Other than that i had a great stay.

Hands down the best accommodation we have had as a family ever! All boxes were ticked - extremely friendly, reasonably priced (great value for money), extremely comfortable, extremely clean. Very spacious- our family of 6 was very happy. Additional bedding, including an extra pillow for each guest, toiletries, amenities, TV, aircons, heated blankets, TV, lovely little complimentary items - there was nothing to fault, plus FREE laundry for guest use and FREE gym/swimming use to 'Aquazone' for all guests! Brilliant menu for room service offered too- although we didn't use it as had our own food.

The rooms were very clean and and well set out. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were comfortable. The only thing I could suggest is that staff periodically check that all equipment is in good working condition.

There only thing I didn't like was the rooms I booked were not close together. One was upstairs and the other two were downstairs and several rooms apart. I am 66 years old and found going up and down the stairs very uncomfortable.
