The room was very comfortable and the spa bath was a real nice luxury after a whole day’s travel. The bed was very comfortable.

Someone else parked at our allocated parking space so we ended up parking on roadside. The hotel gave us a small refund for that. In the bathroom there was no body wash bottle and the shampoo bottle was empty. The conditioner bottle was half empty. Sao we didn’t have the most useful things we needed. Because it was quite late in the night, we didn’t call reception. This was a real shame because we did enjoy using the spa bath tub and everything else about the room was really nice. Housekeeping needs to improve.

The location was great right across from an Aldi. The apartment was a nice size and the kitchen well stocked for cooking and dining with a little breakfast bar. The bed was very comfortable and even had a heated blanket. There was also a sofa and big tv. There are lots of places like beaches, parks and museum that are easy to drive to close by which I enjoyed.

I only really interacted with one man working/helping there ( who was really nice and helpful) and even though it was over xmas I expected there to be someone to check me in. But all was fine and easy in the end. The apartment I stayed in 1a was the only one without a dedicated spot but on street parking was right outside and easy and they don’t mind if you park inside if there is space on arrival.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. The drinks vouchers for the Bowling Club were a bonus. Late checkin meant I didn't have the opportunity to meet my host, but did so briefly on checkout, and he seemed very nice.

I have just one criticism, which I almost don't want to mention because all else was wonderful. But, the doona appeared to have a soft vinyl cover, which I'm sure is preferable for cleanliness, but it was VERY hot and slightly noisy. I didn't get much sleep either night due to this.

We stayed in the king suite room which was spacious and included all the facilities - spa bath, kitchenette, TV, comfy bed. Walking distance to shops and the town. Ride distance from the beach and other main attractions. Nice secluded pool and parking. We received 2 free drink vouchers for the local bowls club and had our first dinner here which was delicious and great value for money. Reception was self serviced which made everything very easy.

Light on the bathroom ammenities (1 small bar of soap for our 3 night stay and nothing to use in the spa bath). Be prepared for loud church bells Sunday morning due to the closeness to the apartment!

The two bedrooms with full ensuites and shared kitchen and lounge were great for us. Restaurants and centre of town were a 10 minute walk. The cafe across the road had great breakfasts. Strongly recommend going to Tower Hill to see the wildlife there :)

The beds were a bit hard for me and would have liked them to be King size :) Disappointed in the Art Gallery :(

Loved that we could do laundry, loved the ease of parking. 8/10 WiFi signal strength, decent water pressure, bed and pillows were comfortable. Location was great, we walked everywhere. 2 grocery stores on same block!

I had to do the dishes and take out rubbish with the threat of a monetary fine of I didn’t comply. We ran out of toilet paper. Would have helped to (at least) have salt and pepper in the kitchen.

Good location, parking onsite, very clean, was on golfing trip & only 10 minutes from course. 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, spacious living & kitchen downstairs with little courtyard out back ( unit 5). Would recommend rear apartment as front couple are on street & there is some traffic noise according to my fellow travellers!( I booked 2 apartments so my friends were in unit 2!)

Comfortable well appointed room in a good location in Warrnambool.

Although it was advertised we had to use on street parking because our room was not allocated on site parking; disappointed. Wifi was too slow to be of any use so we had to use mobile data to stream the ABC on iView.

The room was lovely, and the spa bath was a real feature. The bed was very comfortable.

Housekeeping opened the door and went to walk right in without knocking, thinking we had checked out. It was just after 9am and our car was in the designated carpark for our room, so I was very confused about how this could happen as there is not alot of rooms. My husband was getting changed not 1 minute prior to this.

Centrally located, quiet and a great base to explore the area. There’s enough in the kitchen that you can choose to either prepare a meal (Aldi across the road), or walk a few minutes to lots of options
