This spacious property is in an excellent location for exploring the SW coastal region of Victoria. It has a kitchen, dining area, separate bedroom, and bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed, with a microwave, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, and large fridge. There was plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils, and the pantry was stocked with some spices. The bedroom was separate, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a small shower, a washing machine, and a dryer.

There is not much to dislike; the only downside is the street parking, but you are provided with a parking permit. Also, the air conditioner is in the lounge, so you need to turn up the fan to full at night to cool the bedroom adequately.

I booked this apartment with no notice, and Glenda could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The quality of the apartment furnishings is second to none, plus the little "extras" to make your stay more enjoyable (wide range of condiments, bottle of water in the fridge, ice cubes in the freezer, complimentary chocolates) was very much appreciated. There is a washer/dryer (and washing powder) available for use, as well as a balconies at the front and rear. This will be my new "go-to" place when staying in Warrnambool - thanks Glenda :-)

The location was the best! We could walk to the beach and all the nearby restaurants. It was still on a pretty block. The owner was really responsive and kind. The living room sofas were amazing, and the TV was huge and modern. The bed was comfy, and the bedroom was pretty.

The check-in process could have been clearer - I was confused by the initial message referring to the "roll door." You use the lock box to access the key and garage remote, and open the garage with the remote before using the key to enter the unit through the door inside the garage.

I loved everything about Banyan. The location, room, and service were totally outstanding. The use of the garage was perfect, too, as we were travelling back to the West Coast, and everything was in the back of the tub. It saved us time by not having to pull it out and pack away in the morning. My wife truly appreciated that.

There was nothing we didn't like

Perfect location. Quiet area, nice wide street. One block to town so car not needed. As soon as we opened the door we loved the Apartment. So fresh and clean with some treats left by the host. The Apartment is large and well stocked with what you would need for a weekend stay. Arrival and departure information from our host was great.

Lovely property, it had everything you need for a short or long stay. A well stocked kitchen, 2 balconies for alfresco dining or just to enjoy an evening drink. With a good choice of restaurants near by, and the sea front just around the corner. We only stayed for one night, but wished we could stay longer.

Location was great. Easy walk into the CBD.

The assumption that when booking for 2 people that the second person is a partner. The property was advertised as having 2 single and 1 double beds and I could see no reason to request another bed. It appears booking for 2 means only the double bed is available. Glenda was very understanding and allowed the use of the single bed.

Felt lovely walking in, well equipped, very clean, great location.

There was a young child staying upstairs who thumped around when they were walking through the apartment , trying to be funny I think as I couldn’t hear the adults.

Excellent location. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance from the premises. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds, exceptionally comfortable. Management wernt out of their way to make our stay an unforgettable experience. A 'gem' and great value for money. Ideal for the break away moments to unwind.

We could not find any fault with the Unit from checking in to checking.out. There was nothing to dislike about the premises in general.

Banyan place was very clean and lovely place that suited our needs. Close to shops, restaurants and cafes. Facilities were new and easy to use

The second bedroom had 2 single beds I found the mattress too soft. Main bedroom mattress is firm.
