The rooms were lovely, fresh and clean - loved the bathroom. It was great value for money compared to many other places I have stayed at. Will defintely be back.

When I arrived at 9pm, someone actually locked the front door just as I arrived. When I knocked and pressed the bell they didn't come out. I then thought, well I have to try and look up the phone number of the motel to then call someone. The lady let me know how to get into the key safe - but there was no communication from the motel to tell me to do that. Also, the beds were a little hard, but that it just personal preference.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Innova Warrnambool. Beautiful clean spacious room with an amazing bathroom and very comfy beds. The location was very handy with the Main Street, where all the shops are, only 400m away. Friendly and accommodating staff who helped us on a few occasions. Very impressed and we will be staying again!

Very minor but the TV didn’t have any free to air channels and we had to access channels through apps on the TV. Some of the apps wouldn’t work but that was a technical issue. The motel staff were very helpful and came to our room to help.

The property look exactly like the photo , it’s very clean and modern, very new facility as well. I would book again with my family if I go to Warrnambool the next time ! The days we booked was raining most of the times , it was very cosy to chill in the motel. They had cleaners to clean everyday on weekdays.

Netflix wasn’t working but didn’t bother us . They were renovating upstairs at 9am .. it was very loud , not sure why they have to do it in such early morning , it was distracting. My friend lost her item at the motel , still couldn’t get it back.

Has been updated and looks as described in pics, so quite nice and no disillusionment. The downfall for me was no actual spare blanket if required though died have spit system. There’s quite a lot of light in the room at night with the glass ensuite door and also the fridge with the temp light. This actually was quite discomforting and shining right in your eyes as you try to sleep. Had to end up covering the fridge. All in all though was a nice place to stay and quite central to everything.

The location and the room was exceptional. Good value for money.

The bathroom was also exceptional but just needed a bit more attention to cleaning as there were hairs from previous guests all over the bathroom floor. Also maybe or at least a 2 ply toilet paper would be better lol 🤷‍♂️ also no parking available if hotel fully booked. No spaces were available I had to park illegally and move the car very early the next morning. besides the above the room was great.

room was clean, modern, could've had more cutlery but good kitchenette, very nice bathroom, lovely welcome at reception.

people in the room next to me playing really loud music until late at night, someone banged on my door one night and I could hear a couple middle aged men outside the door afterwards (as a 17 year old girl it was scary), bed was a bit hard, and the room was a little small for the price.

For an older style motel, they have done an excellent job with the renovations of the rooms. Everything was so streamlined, clean and contemporary. The sheets were top quality as were the pillows. The hot water system was fantastic, instant hot water and great shower. Very quiet heating system. Just excellent value for money. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We thought the room was well designed considering it was small.The bathroom was a good size and great shower.Towels were large and great to have face washers and really good bath products

We were told that there was a problem with some of the live tv stations as no sound on a couple We wanted to watch Kayo but apparently not available on the smart tv so couldnt log in

Nice simple, uncluttered decor. Comfortable bed. Happy with the accommodation as an overnight stay but no TV available,

We were told Channel 7 and 9 were not operating but found that no TV channels were working for us, We were offered the opportunity to contact reception if there was a problem but when you are tired you really can't be bothered with making a complaint late at night.

Staff member was gracious and helpful at check-in. Bed and pillows were plump and very comfortable. The room was spotless when we arrived. The bathroom had excellent lighting. Water got warm/hot quickly. Amazing shower! Great pressure, too.

Other residents attempted to connect to our Chromecast. The noise at night outside was louder than expected but easy to block out.
