We absolutely love Bimbi, we first stayed in 2007 and have now visited 3x , we would be here more often if it was closer. So peaceful, beautifully kept, fabulous atmosphere, cabins are just perfect and they have such an incredible choice of cabin to suit everyone’s requirements. The beautiful family that run Bimbi are wonderful, caring, kind and so helpful, you can tell they’re not only proud of where they live but truly love where they live too. This visit we broke down and Manni couldn’t do enough to help us, collecting us from our breakdown site and taking us to Apollo Bay to pick up a hire car- all with a big smile and genuine care -

Nothing to dislike at bimbi

Loved the flexibility and generosity of the hosts - we had a last minute delay (basically, it was taking us longer to get there than we thought it would) and although it was too late to modify the booking through booking.com, a quick call to the Caravan Park and they happily pushed our booking out a few days - for free! This was genuinely unexpected and so greatly appreciated. Thank you once again! In addition, the location is perfect - it's only a short distance away from the town but it feels like you're truly remote which was perfect. It's quiet, and has everything you could possibly need.

There was nothing to complain about - honestly, this was a great stay.

Located in a very calm & peaceful location out of the main road and was very nearby to Port Fairy town / beach. Check-in was very smooth (do inform them if you're going to check-in beyond 6 pm for them to place the instructions to check-in / key outside) and the staff were very pleasant. Room was just as was displayed, with the bed being very comfortable (for a couple) and bathroom was very well thought about. Room was adequately stocked with all utensils needed for cooking and was spacious as well (for a couple). There are DVD's which you can borrow from the reception, to watch via the DVD player placed in the room. Parking is right in front of the cabin as well. Sofa, a dining table & 2 chairs tops it off, for a nice dinner spot and a tiny little TV to enjoy some TV action.

Floors were a bit dusty (but understandable that it's a caravan park which could catch dust if the windows / doors are kept open & especially due to the wind during my stay was just quite heavy). If not, rest of the stay was awesome.

Friendly helpful staff. Dog treat on arrival was a really nice touch. Cabin was very clean & beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was modern & spacious. Ice in the freezer ready for us on arrival. Dog friendly cabin made our stay enjoyable for the whole family. Great area for the dogs to run & play. Nice hair dryer in the bathroom for us to use. Surprisingly peaceful and quiet at night (ever Easter weekend).

I couldn't find a face washer (accommodation supplied hand towel, bath mat & bath towels).

Quiet location a very short drive from centre of Port Fairy. Immaculately presented cabin with all new furnishings and linen. Warm welcome from friendly owner. Great amenity in this cabin inc stove top and the usual kitchen equipment. Very much a home away from home with extremely comfortable queen bed. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a budget unit. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was great and everything was in perfect working order. The staff was great and the location is one of a kind and very silent. The activities for kids were fun and it was very good to see people with nice caravans parked nicely and neatly enjoying the great weather. Thank you.

Can't complain on anything.

No breakfast supplied. The reception staff was excellent and friendly. Great location. Spacious and no housoes.

Beds were uncomfortable especially the bunk beds for my 14 year old. The reving of s mussel car at 8.am in the morning destroyed the tranquility of the park and was not in keeping with the parks rules.

This was the first trip my husband and I took our dog on. We had never stayed at pet friendly accomodation and this was so lovely. The location was perfect for going for walks and the cabin was very clean and cozy. It is a very short drive to port fairy and we enjoyed the quite being away from the main town.

Our host was really helpful, great place to tour around the area from, bunk mattress was a bit thin for an adult , other than that, enjoyed our stay

Originally we thought we were getting a larger cabin, but as we rode our bikes and ended up with another mate on the run, it was pretty good

Arriving late was met with awesome attitude and service, car park right outside the door, loved the whole setup of place, pity we had to leave early otherwise would have loved to been able to have more time there
