The quality of the room was excellent and the bathroom was beautiful

Some attention to detail was lacking and cotton un-ironed sheets were not acceptable for a booking of this calibre. The room needs to lose the sofa so there is more space - may two armchairs that would also suit the dining table? A long dressing mirror is essential - the one over the fireplace is superfluous but looks splendid. Niggles that could easily be changed for an otherwise enjoyable stay.

well....what not to like? a historical building renovated to a fault with the most exquisite taste. Kim's art, flair for plush and luxury fabrics and materials make the suites little treasure troves, islands of pure comfort and style. it is stylish, elegant, comfortable, thought through so that you will never look for any missing amenities: steam iron? Nespresso coffee maker? Nespresso pods? incredibly plush towels and bathrobes? unbelievably soft linen bedding and comfy mattress? you name it, they have it. and the timeliness and elegance of communications by estate manager Kelly make your stay smooth, sleek and a genuine pleasure through and through we cannot wait to be back really. OMI is one of a kind. while everyone brags about luxury accomodation, Old Market Inn actually provides the real experience. splendid

we booked for 3 nights as part of a trip across Vic. what a mistake. we should have stayed for at least a week!!!

What a delight it was to stay in the Old Market Inn. It is a stunningly renovated property. We stayed in the Norfolk room and had the best night’s sleep. Wish we could have stayed longer! The thought and care that’s gone it to making this beautiful old property shine is stunning. Great location for a stroll in to town too.

Nothing - though if you’re light sensitive like me please note the internal doors between the kitchen and bedroom have been removed so remember to close all the blinds or take a sleep mask.

Amazing!! We stayed at Old Market Inn for five nights and absolutely loved every aspect of the stay. We stayed in the Mason Suite which is the smallest of the three suites but it was a perfect size, with separate bathroom and kitchenette, it really felt so spacious and yet cozy and luxurious. The Suite is so beautifully decorated with no detail overlooked, including cushions, throw rugs, blankets, beautiful generous sized towels, and everything you could need for comfort. The bathroom was magnificent, so big bright an airy and the bed and pillows were so comfortable I wanted to take it all home. I even loved the Robert Gordon mugs!! The love and care that has gone into restoring and designing this suite is outstanding. I cannot wait to stay here again and would not look anywhere else to stay. Congratulations to the team that manage and look after this accommodation. THANK YOU

This is a beautiful property with 2 amazing suites upstairs & one completed room downstairs ( other under construction but no noise etc) The design & attention to detail was fabulous & luxurious. There was every you needed available including washer/dryer/iron etc. had the feel of a boutique hotel.

The mason suite (downstairs) although beautiful lacked privacy unless the blinds were down. Would have loved a seat to enjoy the evening sun outside. Although no face to face contact, Kelly was most helpful. Our only disappointment was that since no one else was staying in the whole property, we were not offered an upgrade to a suite upstairs!

Historic, beautifully restored and styled. Large bathroom with luxurious bath and very comfortable bedding and linen. Thoughtful touches to add that little extra treat such as bath bomb and bubble bath. Absolutely beautiful place to wake up in. Staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful.

Loved the property. Would be lovely to add outdoor seating and lighting in courtyard as it is a lovely little spot. I missed having storage for clothing, there were a few hooks with hangers however a bench for suitcases or shelves to store folded clothing would be very useful and make a more comfortable stay.

Spacious, elegant rooms in a carefully restored heritage building close to the main town. Felt very luxurious. Lots of thoughtful touches like beach towels. Very comfortable beds. Close to the main town (tasty pizzas at Coffin Sally). We walked to East beach as well.

The Mason suite door was very difficult to lock. A few more easily accessible plugs in the Norwood suite for phone charging (minor issue only). Steep steps to upstairs suites.

It was just a gorgeous, quaint, cosy accomodation. Loved the communication from the checkin person online, loved the breakfast hamper. The suite was stunning

I’m clutching at straws to find something however the only slightly negative point was the poor water pressure in the shower

this is a luxury apartment, with all the expected facilities. Extra nice touches, were bath bomb for bath, yoyo by bedside, beautiful reading material, double shower and free standing bath, and beautiful linens

I feel for the cost of the apartment, you should be able to check in prior to 3 pm(but i didnt read my msg which said we could checkin early!). and also i feel a continental breakfast should probably be included in the price. Otherwise absolutely fabulous

Had a wonderful stay at the Old Market Inn. The accommodation included 3 separate rooms - bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen/dinning room. Each of the rooms was spacious and stylish and the modern, luxurious styling complemented the historic building. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend booking this accommodation.
