The property is very well located and has everything in close proximity. The location is very child-friendly with a big playground nearby as well as beaches. The property itself has various kinds of accomodations available depending on your budget. Our accomodation had a convenient parking next to it, all essentials were provided (toaster, grill, oven. hob, kettle, fridge, basic utensils, bed linen etc). The interior space was a bit tight but overall it was extremely comfortable. All in all, it felt like home away from home!

The bathroom as well as kitchen were a bit cramped. The main entry to the cabin leading via two steps were just exactly enough to open the door and can be a tripping hazard, if one is not careful.

Great location. Cabin was clean albeit a little dated. Lots of wear and tear about the walls. Great cooking facilities and a good size fridge. Tv in lounge and main bedroom. Toiletries provided in shower. Bed was comfortable. Decent pillows which is always great. Appreciated that the staff put the heater on prior to our arrival - very thoughtful. Nice compact park. Camp kitchen and laundry were spotless. Can’t fault the place.

The rooms are always exceptionally clean at Discovery Parks and the staff are very friendly. I always come back to stay here and am returning again in May. The park itself is always very quiet and people are friendly and kind. There is no road noise and the rooms are peaceful. The park is very clean and tidy and bins changed daily and there is always cleaners and maintenance people around cleaning.

My room smelt a little like cooked steak when we arrived as the kitchen is in the bedroom/living area, however the room was exceptionally clean. The hot water goes hot and cold sometimes when others are showering in nearby rooms. This was the only thing i could fault.

Flexibility of checking in after hours, just need to communicate beforehand. Villas were nice and tidy, we put on heating as soon as we arrived, so it was like the villa giving us a welcome hug. Only thing was we had a tiny hiccup finding the place at night, I don't remember seeing a clear discovery park signage out front but luckily partners was cluey. I booked 2 budget studio cabins as there were 4 of us. Said the cabin has 1 bed 1 bath sleeps 2, but when I checked in, realise it actually had 1 queen (or king) bed in front as soon as we walked in, and 2 single beds in another room behind kitchenette. Was surprised and we ended up only using 1 cabin.

We were two to a cabin. Though small, the cabin worked well. We were able to cook full meals easily. There was a good laundry facility a few metres away which was cheap to use, coin operated. parking was immediate,y beside each cabin. The park is large and lots of folk were there but no-one disturbed us at all. The suf beach, cafes etc were very close by. In the immediate neighbourhood, there are lots of facilities for children and active folk.

We didn't see any staff since we arrived at 5.15pm but access was easy using a coded lock-box. The code had been sent earlier to my phone. A friend rang independently and the call was answered immediately, so no problem. The cabin showed one or two little signs of ageing but this is not a problem either. All in all, very good value indeed.

Great location and super comfy bed yet again - the beds here are seriously the best we’ve had! Amenities were good and staff very friendly. Will be back again.

Only because it was winter, the particular cabin we had didn’t have pavers or concrete in the parking space like others did. This would be good to avoid walking mud through the accommodation. Luckily we had lovely weather so it wasn’t an issue but could see it has the potential to be messy. Very minor thing as honestly can’t fault this place.

Second time staying here, when I arrived the ladies at the front desk were nice and welcoming! Our room was clean which is great because we have a baby and the bed was comfortable, baby didn’t wake up once so she approves aswell 😀

I did get a call Saturday evening saying my car was blocking 8 other people getting in their cabins when I was getting ready for a wedding in a different location. The cabin she said I was in wasn’t mine, I did try calling back to say it’s not me but I got no reply..And no apology if they figured out it was somebody else..just took me by surprise and left me very confused and stressed I was going to get kicked of it of my cabin because I couldn’t do anything..?

Although our stay was only for one night, we felt that one day was not enough to fully explore and enjoy everything the park has to offer. We have stayed before, and overall, it is a great park to stay at. All amenities and the cabin are clean, and the location is wonderful.

Both the park and those staying in it would benefit from an ATM in the reception area to access cash out for the amenities and kids' game room. Our stay was in the off-peak season (unsure if this may be the reason), but the majority of the arcades for children and teens to access were either out of order or broken.

We had an awesome and relaxing stay. The cabin was clean and suited our needs. The location was very handy for all the things that we wanted to do in Warrnambool. We even almost went into the pool/spa however the weather was just a little bit too cold. The communal kitchen was clean and the BBQ's were easy to use. All of the staff members that we interacted with were amazing. Would definitely come back.

The only issue that we had was that there was no visitor parking for our guests as our friends who live in Warrnambool came over to spend time with us. We understood though that this wasn't something that can be fixed by the park. Although they weren't able to park inside, they were able to park outside the gates.
