Look as a casual stay over for a Disc Golf Tournament, The cost of this accomodation was brilliant, I've stayed at worse for far more. Total Value for money, a better than basic motel, had all the facilities required, clean, comfy, good hot shower and a fridge big enough to fit all my special dietry food requirements in, free wifi and all the TV and Media options available. Walking distance to all the evening locations we booked ourselves into.

For the price, location, facilities, if anything it was on the cheaper side of all the Motels I stay in around Australia, and I travel once every month from W.A., STH. Aust, All regional Sth. Aust and Victoria plus all regional NSW.

Comfortable bed, plenty of space, quiet, no road noise from the main road, cute little shaded garden area the units face with a little cubby house area, bbq and seating made for a really nice feel to the place despite its somewhat aged buildings. Staff was absolutely lovely, and there is plenty of parking out the back.

The shower pressure was really poor, and the curtains are also pretty average, they let through quite a bit of light. Thankfully I sleep with a mask, but it did bother my little one some. Not a big thing, but worth mentioning so others may think to mask up if they need real dark to sleep. :)

Facilities in the room was adequate for us family of 5 to make our own breakfast. Shops were all very close to motel. Nice Fish and Chip shop nearby too. The family room was very clean, good layout of beds/room/kitchenette. Hot showers working perfectly, good tv channels to entertain us at night when the weather wasn't behaving well for us.No complaints about wifi from the teenagers. Reverse cycle wall heating worked well. We could have walked to the cinema had the weather been nicer. Location surprisingly quiet from road traffic. Overall our 2 nights stay at Mahogany Motel was very comfortable.

Far exceeded our expectations of a Motel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - I was delayed in transit and missed the check in window, but had no difficulty accessing my room thanks to the after-hours check in instructions I received via text message. Each room is fitted with a doorknob that requires a PIN to unlock, so there's no chance of accidentally locking yourself out of your room without your key/swipe card! I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others looking for accommodation in the area.

Great value,very clean , great location , good communication, excellent hot water.,crockery and cutlery were good as was the size of the refrigerator.The electric blanket was an unexpected bonus . Altogether a wonderful stay and I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you Mahogany Motel

The one short fall was the lighting which could easily be remedied with LED gloves . Not really an issue , just an observation

Beautiful courtyard with bbq facilities to sit and relax in after sightseeing all day, a safe and secured area with a playground for families to enjoy . Our room was a family room number 5, cute vintage kitchenette and bathroom with separate children’s bedroom. Very clean room and very comfortable beds . Great location with all major attractions literally 5 minutes drive and there is a 24/7 servo a few minutes walk away and McDonald about 15 min walk.

I felt safe and it had the essentials that I needed for my weekend stay. Despite being next to the highway it was quiet. I liked the fact that I didn’t need a key as it was a PIN code entry and this made it convenient for all family members to come and go - plus checking out was easy.

The TV was a little small. The pillows weren’t comfortable and an extra spare blanket may have been nice given it is winter.

Rooms are exactly as depicted, slightly dated, but in a very clean state. Great storage for luggage so it’s not in your way. Loved that the showers have been replaced at some point, so there is no tiles or grout for mould. Soothed my OCD! Room service was phenomenal, restocked supplies daily as we used them, made our beds and replaced towels. The super friendly staff were so accomodating and supportive of our son with ASD. Helped us out heaps when he had a couple accidents along our stay. It’s also in a great location where you can walk to the city centre. Overall, a great place to stay!

Ceilings could use a fresh coat of white paint to help brighten the rooms as the lighting is only fluorescents… and maybe a touch of paint on a couple doors with scuffs, but other than little cosmetic touches, cannot fault the accomodation!!

Good location, good car parking and excellent face to face customer service. Very relaxed approach to the check in and check out, no stress or deadlines. Nice to actually meet a person for once and be checked in with a smile, instead of getting a self check, soulless message like so many other places these days. Good WiFi.

The room was a little cold, but this is due to my sensitive nature from living in warmer climates.

Our accommodation was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very clean. Bed was super comfy. Curtains kept the light out, so I had a good sleep in. Wifi was excellent. Bathroom was very clean. Water pressure was excellent. Very quiet room. The location was great. I walked every morning to the walking path which went along the beach. All the shops including pubs, retail, restaurants and supermarkets were all within a short walking distance. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. We will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it.
