It was a perfect "value" motel to stay at on our way to Adelaide. Warrnambool is beautiful so the motel has a great location. The internet was the fastest we had of all the hotels we stayed at so we were able to stream a movie during our stay. The motel manager was very helpful and assisted in the collection of an item we left behind so definitely 10 out of 10!

New LED lighting in the room was way too bright. Could do with a lamp or a dimmer switch. I got creative and left the microwave open while we needed soft lighting but that wasn't near the bed or truly suitable.

A very good older style motel. A great overnight stay. Clean and tidy living area & bedroom. Good layout plenty of bench space and space for suitcases. Excellent heating and electric blankets. Comfortable bed and extra pillows & blanket in wardrobe. Good wifi, no problems. Parking right outside the unit. Spacious bathroom, with plenty of bench space & excellent water pressure. Shower was very clean, the only negative was the mould on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Great air con as was very cold upon arrival, so that was a great start. Helpful manager, friendly. On a busy road and had no problem with traffic sound, so assume very well fitted doors and windows &/or double glazing as it was no problem to us at all, but quite different when we opened a door/ window! Supermarket close by, reception advised how to get to places in the town

Really...nothing at all. No inflated expectations. Clean, spacious enough and as we had expected.

Very cosy and clean, spacious room and comfy bed. Everything you need, central location...centre within walking distance if you want some exercise. Ian is vety accomodating and helpful.as is the rest of the staff.

Its a small issue, but it may save them.some.money...the shower gel kept dripping oit after you use it...so by the time I left after 2 nights it was almost empty( by its own doing). Light above the bed...very good light but shines directly onto tv...can be a bit difficult to watch..and on bench to charge phone ir laptop except right by the door. Again...minor issues.

The room was amazing, really comfortable Queen and Single bed. The room and bathroom were spotless, air con amazing, everything fresh & we were given a little bottle of milk on arrival for tea/coffee which were provided in the room. Parking was a bit haphazard but we didn't have any trouble finding a free park during our stay, just not necessarily right outside our room which was fine (a 10 second walk is not a problem). When I couldn't find the wifi password I just asked for it and they wrote it down for me. The staff were friendly and helpful but also left us alone which I preferred. The telly had most of the streaming services built in and it was so easy to connect your own account to watch shows (remember to sign out!). The kettle and toaster were fancy and worked well. There was a fridge with glasses and mugs in the cupboard, plates, knives and teaspoons. You could enter the address and uber food and Images Restaurant did a delivery to the motel.

The only problem I had was the blinds still showed light coming into the room. I'm autistic and light and sound sensitive but I still slept quite well. I should have brought a sleep mask with me. The listing did say there was a mini bar but there wasn't one in the room which was probably better for me as I would have drunk and eaten the damn thing empty. The things I didn't like were minor and not an inconvenience or a reason not to stay. I travelled with someone with a car and if you don't have that it's a 20 minute walk into Warrnambool.

The room is clean and tidy. Moreover, I think it has just done a renovation. It is winter now, and the moment I checked into the room in the evening, it was warm and comfy. The housekeeper (or maybe the gentleman at the reception) may have switched on the heater before I checked in. It is very thoughtful. Thank you :)

I was given more than enough coffee, tea bags, and biscuits for my breakfast. Marvellous!!!

Easy to find.The provided parking was spacious.The room was double glazed &very quiet .The room had a sea view & was very spacious ,clean & the bed was very comfortable. The A/C was instant & silent.Extra heating was available :large Rinnai heater & electric blankets. The bathroom had a spacious length of edging for toiletries with good bathroom inclusions.

There was nothing to dislike

Very clean, comfortable, & quiet. Good tv. Good hot shower with lots of pressure. Heaps of good fluffy towels and a couple of face washers. Hairdryer provided in bathroom. Microwave oven (didn't use, but I will next time). Adequate milk, tea, coffee, sugar & biccies provided. Electric blanket on bed which I did use. Crisp, clean white sheets. Mattress & pillows really comfy, which was great for my bad back & neck. Manager & staff very friendly & helpful.

The room spray just a tiny bit strong for me, but that was just a minor detail. Nothing else really.

We were really happy with our stay. The room was spotless and had been recently painted and carpeted. Bed and bed coverings were also new and very comfortable. Bathroom was dated but clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Literally the only thing not in its favour was that it’s a little far from town to walk (and also a busy dual carriageway).

It was in a great location to area close to main street and beach also very close to places I wanted to see on holiday and nice room bed comfortable bathroom great luv pressure in shower friendly service from all staff nice dark when need to rest day or night definitely stay again

Parking and steps awkward going down hill to office but the city of warrnambool is like that so didn't bother me alot vacuum under bed would be good
