Liked the holiday park for all the amenities and family friendly vibe. Very friendly staff/management and quick check-in/ out The cabin, although right next to the playground and tennis court, was awesome and fully equipped. Location was also great, 4 mins drive to Maritime Museum, Beach, shops, town. The big heated pool was a bonus, kids loved it.

Although I liked everything, I wished the kids pool was also heated. The lil kids pool was freezing cold and no one was in it at any given time. The cabins could do with a bit more cleaning. Dusty bits in the cabin which were overlooked. Also would be nice to have some hangers for shirts and dresses.

The pool was great the kids loved it. the cabin itself was the best Big 4 we have stayed in (and we have stayed in dozens of Big 4 units around Australia!) Staff were lovely. It was very central to everything that we needed.

The only thing I would add is bikes or something for the older kids as the playground was more geared towards younger kids. Also when we checked in we were not told about the council discount card promotion, when I was at the office to hand in our keys after our 7 day stay finished, whilst I was waiting I hear a staff member give the card to a new guest checking in and telling her about it. This would have been very good for us as we ate out each night and most lunches, did all the tourist attractions etc so it would have really saved us. It was a shame that was not shared with us when we checked in.

We stayed in a pet friendly cabin It was very clean The private,ensuite bathroom was outside the gate,so glad we stayed in warm weather or trips to the toilet would have been a bit chilly! It was very suitable for our small Groodle to have a play in the enclosed,small courtyard We were next door to an eccentric but likeable lady who has a cat that wanders,but was no issue for us The lady lives there permanently and loves a chat We didn't get time to use the pool Always next time We shall return Debra & Tony

Uncomfortable double bed

Awesome location, close to everything. Staff were polite, attentive and professional. Cabin was clean, bright and exactly what we needed. enclosed porch was perfect to keep the fur kids contained. Coffee machine was an added bonus

not enough coffee/sugar/milk. But then again I could have brought more, so cannot and will not fault them for that. There was no mop in the cabin to clean up the mess left by my dogs

The facility’s, the kitchen and dinning rooms made our family trip so much more enjoyable, we where all able to gather together. Location of park was great, close to everything. Indoor pool was amazing. Just wish it opened a little later.

The only thing that ruined our last few nights was a quite a large group that took over the share kitchen and tv room. Where very loud and not considered of anyone else.

The family room was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids (and myself) loved that there was an indoor pool and the playground was good too…. There was a little scavenger hunt the kids could do around the park which provided some entertainment- although we didnt find everything it was a lot of fun… it was in a good location and close to the places we were visiting.

The guys at the reception desk were great. We had to change our itinerary due to the Grampians bushfires so we asked if we can extent our stay. To avoid that we had to change the cabin after one night, we got a massive upgrade. Thank you so much, team!!!!!!!!!!! It made our stay extraordinary!

Only minor issue - no wifi so we had to look for public wifi to reorganize our journey.

Pool was warm (except the kids pool which was cold?) and large and clean. Location was great and close enough to town that it was a short drive to restaurants etc. Rooms were a good size. There was a play area for children.

The cost was a little on the expensive side for a holiday park. While we had a "suite" it was still a holiday park not a hotel.

Great cabin, plenty of blankets and great shower pressure. Staff were really friendly and can see the cleaners straight in there cleaning with fresh sheets etc once checked out

Must of hit a nest of spiders near the lounge. Took days to get rid of them. Also forgot to mention the retro game in the games room didn't work but took the money

The cabin was modern and neat, tennis court was clean, playground was nice, pool was pretty too.

The swimming pool + sauna is open till 8pm. We're hoping to use the sauna so we went there at 7pm. There was a little notice saying you would need keys from the reception to use the sauna. So we went to the reception only to find out that reception is only open till 5pm. Pretty disappointed about this.
