We absolutely loved our three bedroom cabin. It was very spacious, clean and everything was just perfect. I was a little worried because we normally booked hotels and this was our first BIG4 Park experience and it was just wonderful. The only problem we encountered on our last night was the rash and itch that my little daughter experienced and wasn’t sure if it was bedbugs or something from the park because not all of us had it but only my daughter and husband other than that our experience was amazing and already book for next school holiday.

Would have been nice if there was enough towels provided.

Liked the holiday park for all the amenities and family friendly vibe. Very friendly staff/management and quick check-in/ out The cabin, although right next to the playground and tennis court, was awesome and fully equipped. Location was also great, 4 mins drive to Maritime Museum, Beach, shops, town. The big heated pool was a bonus, kids loved it.

Although I liked everything, I wished the kids pool was also heated. The lil kids pool was freezing cold and no one was in it at any given time. The cabins could do with a bit more cleaning. Dusty bits in the cabin which were overlooked. Also would be nice to have some hangers for shirts and dresses.

Accommodation was clean and modern. I liked that it had an indoor pool.

It was hard to sit in the pool area as.the roof leaked in most spots and too many windows were open so it was cold in there. Utensils and dishes weren't all properly clean, so it made me not want to really use them. Bedding is needing warmer blankets for winter even though there was an electric blanket on the bed. The cabin i stayed in could also do with minor maintenance/cosmetic Fixes.Tighten kitchen tap for one as it was really wobbly.

Rooms were functional and clean and nice warm blankets BBQs and weber were handy and useful Pool was really good for the children Function room was really handy and eating area was good for our big extended family Location was really handy and made it easy shopping wise Staff were friendly and prompt

Certain areas could benefit with lighting in open areas especially from function room to back lodges

We stayed in a pet friendly cabin It was very clean The private,ensuite bathroom was outside the gate,so glad we stayed in warm weather or trips to the toilet would have been a bit chilly! It was very suitable for our small Groodle to have a play in the enclosed,small courtyard We were next door to an eccentric but likeable lady who has a cat that wanders,but was no issue for us The lady lives there permanently and loves a chat We didn't get time to use the pool Always next time We shall return Debra & Tony

Uncomfortable double bed

The pool was great the kids loved it. the cabin itself was the best Big 4 we have stayed in (and we have stayed in dozens of Big 4 units around Australia!) Staff were lovely. It was very central to everything that we needed.

The only thing I would add is bikes or something for the older kids as the playground was more geared towards younger kids. Also when we checked in we were not told about the council discount card promotion, when I was at the office to hand in our keys after our 7 day stay finished, whilst I was waiting I hear a staff member give the card to a new guest checking in and telling her about it. This would have been very good for us as we ate out each night and most lunches, did all the tourist attractions etc so it would have really saved us. It was a shame that was not shared with us when we checked in.

Very smooth book in at reception and staff helpful if asked for something, indoor pool was a hit with grandchildren. AThe cabin was decorated very nicely made you feel special.

Our cabin had condensation problems on all the windows and water sat on the window sills needing wiping each day but it was winter and we appreciated having a great A/C to keep us warm

Awesome location, close to everything. Staff were polite, attentive and professional. Cabin was clean, bright and exactly what we needed. enclosed porch was perfect to keep the fur kids contained. Coffee machine was an added bonus

not enough coffee/sugar/milk. But then again I could have brought more, so cannot and will not fault them for that. There was no mop in the cabin to clean up the mess left by my dogs

Good location, walking distance to shops, nice and quiet, friendly staff easy check in, pool was beautiful and warm.

Couch and chairs were very stained didn't feel comfortable sitting on them had to use bed sheets to cover them, beds were comfortable and clean.

The facility’s, the kitchen and dinning rooms made our family trip so much more enjoyable, we where all able to gather together. Location of park was great, close to everything. Indoor pool was amazing. Just wish it opened a little later.

The only thing that ruined our last few nights was a quite a large group that took over the share kitchen and tv room. Where very loud and not considered of anyone else.
