The location was quite suitable for what we needed. Was able to walk to local shops and takeaway. The guy on front desk was really nice and turned out he was originally from out near where we live. He explained all the stuff we needed to know. Check in was very easy and all done on a tablet. made for a very smooth check in. The room was quite spacious, with a very nice bathroom area and small little kitchen area, with basic amenities, eg microwave and kettle and toaster. Overall for 120.00 we paid for the night, it was quite a pleasant stay.

We were given an upgrade on arrival which was a lovely and welcomed surprise. Our room had been recently upgraded. It was very clean and comfortable with room to move! The staff were friendly, professional and down to earth and made us feel welcomed.

Nothing! But if I have to write something then …. No biscuits with the tea and coffee!

Good layout of the room, everything was clean and tidy, housekeeping was respectful of our belongings when cleaning the room

Bathroom shower was a little small and a bit dirty, had to play around with the heating/cooling system to turn heater on, turning up temperature on heater appeared to be broken (wouldn’t go up or down)

The motel is in a great location, reasonably close to the main streets and bars and restaurants in Warrnambool, close enough you could walk around for a night out. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Overall I would stay here again.

Staff member moved us to two rooms on a lower floor which was greatly appreciated as one of our group has difficulty climbing stairs and the lift wasn't working. She did her very best to ensure we were comfortable and was extremely helpful. The location is excellent and room was clean and comfortable.

Couldn't open the curtains in room 4 and we would have liked if they had the restaurant operational.

The service was amazing The new owners were very kind, helpful and accommodating. Clean room, welcomed with a smile. Easy to find Walking distance to take away, shops restaurants, supermarket, entertainment. Good size rooms with excellent heating and smart tv. Free parking.

Bed is comfortable, cozy. Clean. First impression of the room is very good. Excellent presentation. Elegant looking. Ideal speed of water running in the shower.

No tap for the kitchenette to get water. Had to get water from the bathroom for tea and for drinking. Not ideal if you are a germophobe. Could change the shower head.

My only negative was the bathroom is looking very tired and needs an update. But it was absolutely SPOTLESS. So I could overlook its age.

Easy to find, clean exactly 3 cups for water, 3 cups for coffee and 3 tea spoons, enough towels for 3 as well. Good location to the STABLE DOOR

Not able to wash dishes used no tea towel, no plates or bowls yet a microwave is available. I have added a photo of kitchen area Parking is very narrow so be careful as whom ever parks next to you may scratch your car

This was such a lovely place. Beautifully clean, extremely comfortable and excellently priced. Its situated close to the town center and the rooms are generous in size with comfortable beds and showers that don't disappoint. I would very happily return and stay again.
