As we booked at the last minute we appreciated finding it very handy to the shopping and cafe district; easy to walk to the Art Gallery and Library too. (There's an IGA right next door.) The bed was unexpectedly bigger than queen size and allowed for a good night's sleep. Quiet. Clean. Heating if needed. The usual basic cutlery, hairdryer etc.

Be prepared for a very compact 'kitchen' and bathroom, though it's manageable.

Very convenient location being just a stone throw away from the railway station and library. IGA supermarket and cafe were right next door as well. Staff were friendly, room was spotless and spacious. Cost was very reasonable, and they were flexible with a late check in.

The motel didn't offer breakfast despite having menus for breakfast in the rooms. I just found it a bit misleading. There wasn't much vanity space in the bathroom either.

Staff was lovely, bed huge but comfortable. Great location. Stored our bikes inside for us, which was great. Will stay again, I think.

Wifi cut in and out so couldnt use the smart tv. Get 10 minutes into a show and it would freeze and then give an error message. Strange smell in the room that we brought home in our bags and clothes. 'Breakfast in the room' is listed in their blurb on this site but it is an extra cost, even though the blurb doesn't say that. The blurb says that wine and beer are an extra cost so breakfast should be listed as such, too. Wasn't a huge deal but truth in advertising should be insisted upon...

Rooms were well equipped, tidy and spacious in the main area. Mostly quiet and secluded.

Dumpsters out the front didn’t make the place feel safe/well kept upon entry. During our 4 day stay our room wasn’t attended to once. Parking space can be a bit tight

Good location, near the Warrnambool Train Station (within walking distance).

A bit noisy when other guests shut the door, I could hear it and for parking, it is better to get there early and park your car in front of your room and the car park was already full in the early evening. Also, not convenient if your room is on the first floor.

Clean, comfortable and right beside IGA.

Not the property, some people staying were inconsiderate during their stay but not much the hotel can do. Oh and no elevator if you have heavy or numerous bags - granted it’s only 2 floors but carrying heavy bags up those stairs is still difficult.

Easy to check in. Clean facility with great basic amenities (microwave included, which I appreciated). Parking on site. Mini bar items were not aggressively overpriced. Easy to check out. Overall, satisfied customer.

Uncontrollable... however, noisy late at night due to other guests and noisy morning due to trucks, traffic and construction noises. But apart from being woken up momentary. I slept well.

Great stay ! Great location ..comfy bed , spacious rooms, great budget rooms . Host was very helpful .

No soap in shower only two shampoos instead of one shampoo and one bodywash .. host unavailable on arrival had to phone him to attend checkin . Door card scanner broken after checking in , could not get into room .. host promptly fixed it though ..

The location is close to the station. The location in general. I slept well on the two nights that I stayed. Good value for money. Next to a supermarket so it is easy to get supplies.

It was next to a childcare centre / kindergarten. I can't really fault the motel for that, but it was the only thing that I didn't like as I couldn't take a good siesta.

Typical motel in a Great location. Very friendly cleaning and reception staff.

The only thing was it was all very brown including the bed spread. Would have preferred this to be a lighter colour to look a bit cleaner. No disrespect to the cleaning staff themselves though- the place was spotless.
