loved the fact the room was very nicely set up and clean, absolutely loved the sized and set up of the bathroom. also the fact that we had the view of the ocean. the beds were amazing to sleep in they were very clean and super soft. def would recommend and def looking to bring the family back to stay again.

the steep stairs to get up to the room they were quite steep and for anyone who was mobility impaired or find stairs hard i wouldnt recommend the mezzanine room i stayed in had them just to get up to the room

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Olde Maritime Hotel. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with any issue, or to provide additional items, if requested. The property is located close to all facilities that might be needed for a week long stay. Magnificent!

I found that there wasn't really anything that I didn't like about the room, as all requirements that I needed were in place already. Two items I realised would be handy to have were not in the room on arrival, however, I asked the staff, and they were happy to provide the items to me, for the duration of my stay - being a fruit / cheese knife, and a non-slip shower mat.

Room was perfect for my photography editing home base as I travelled the region to cover motorsport events across the two weeks and returning to the room late after each event, it was awesome to be able to jump into an instantly hot shower. Other places I’ve stayed at doing similar events, I could not say the same of.

The tiniest of grievances was the lack of a couple of bowls, spoons and forks for my BYO breakfasts before I started each day. It’s not a huge thing though and the only negative aspect of my stay (easily resolved with my first trip to the supermarket 😊).

All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble and they clearly enjoy their work. The room was absolutely spotless and the bed was lovely and comfortable. It's a great location for walking to the beach, the RSL and the town centre. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, both meals were good quality with a decent range of food and local wines on the menu. Staff in the restaurant are knowledgeable about the food and wines and happy to make amendments to meals where possible. We always stay here when we are in Warrnambool as we find the service and level of amenities are consistently high. Thanks for making our short holiday extra special.

Wish we could have stayed longer! The only improvement I can think of is having the more casual bar menu available in the restaurant.

Love the location, away from the busy town centre, but everything is still accessible within walking distance. The room is spacious and clean, we really enjoyed staying in the sea view room. Staffs are super friendly and accommodate to guests' requests. Most importantly, the room gets cleaned everyday which lots of the motor inns DON'T do nowadays.

The location is perfect and central to everything without being in the main street. The restaurant is superb with beautifully cooked food and a great variety. Try Raj's curry it's excellent. The staff were the same as our last visit so it was very comforting to see familiar faces. Very clean rooms with vey good facilities.

Friendly and helpful staff. Super clean and well maintained. The daily house keeping for apartment is exceptional. They even put my laundry into the dryer. We left early everyday and came back found everything already dried. The water pressure is also very good. Very lovely stay here.

It was very clean it smell nice was very comfortable for a family of 4 also had all the amenities fridge,cooking stove, oven, microwave . Had a tv in the lounge and bedroom perfect after a long day to relax watching a movie.The location was the best between the town and the beach. I would definitely recommend it and go back.

I can’t think of anything

The room was pristinely clean and beautifully presented. The restaurant food was exceptional, thankfully not a huge menu which was perfection in itself. Breakfast choices were varied, covering every dietary need and everything was again cooked to perfection. Daily newspapers were ever present as you entered the restaurant at breakfast and the location was perfect for either walking or driving to various venues around town.

The staff here were lovely people. Very kind and welcoming. We ate dinner here and it was great. The location was awesome - just across the street there was an adventure playground on the water that the kids loved.

There are no elevators to the rooms on the 3rd floor so we needed to carry our bags up. The room also had a loft bed and the air conditioner was not strong enough to reach the loft and it was hot sleeping up there.
