Perfect location in a small town and easy access to a very gorgeous beach on both sides. Good start to a great ocean road adventure for those that want to track all the beaches along that road. The warm pool was lovely too just ruined by the blistering weather. We stayed in the apartments so had the option of bringing our own food. good value for money considering it was a last minute booking.

Breakfast was not an option in the restaurant so that was a bit of a shock. Dinner and lunch only available, food was amazing but a bit of a wait so l would suggest either feeding the kids before as mine were ready to claw at each other with hunger. We almost walked out but figured we might as well see this one through. Our waitress was lovely but the lady that sat us down was not very courteous in the least. The sofa in our apartment was a sofa bed and noone told us that, we found that out by chance so for comfort, pull out the bed and ask for more blankets. Bottom line, get the apartments, get your own food and eat in the town restaurants if you don't want any inconveniences.

location was perfect for going to the hot springs and being able to walk to the beach and parks

I wish there was a room service option. I also think it's a bit not great to have notes on the wall asking us to take out our rubbish when we leave and wash the dishes etc. It's not an airbnb - and in fact that kind of thing is the reason people don't like using airbnb's anymore. We absolutely like to leave a clean place, but I would have thought leaving rubbish in the bin would have been enough. When you call yourself a resort, the expectation to do cleaning at the end other than just leaving the place tidy, felt a bit icky.

The apartment was spacious, and clean, close to the beach. Easily accessible if going for a walk from the path out the front. quiet from outside noise. Lots of car parking spaces. Close to the mineral spa. I would book again.

I was told I could order room service but there was no meu provided so I didn't bother with it. Being that I was on my own I was given a room in the corner of the hotel. A room with a nice beach view would have been lovely but I guess the price costs more.

The property is in a great location. That is the best thing about it. The apartment is also a reasonable size.

The property is getting quite outdated and no longer the best value anymore. To pay the amount we pay I would expect better these days. The individual apartment (16) is very outdated. Very dirty bathroom tiles, walls, kitchen cupboards peeling. Small fridge, very old microwave. Mismatched crockery and cutlery. Small couch, tiny coffee table, small kitchen/dining table, small tv and tv unit look out of place in the large lounge area.

Very convenient having a washer and dryer, bed was super comfy, location is fantastic.

Tried to have a spa on our first night at about 9:30pm and there wasn't any hot water, waited half an hour, started to fill the spa again only to come back after 5 minutes to find no hot water again. Told the staff member at the front desk the following day and he offered to come run the spa for us ??? Like we don't know how to turn on a tap, anyway there was hot water the second night but really wanted the spa the first night because we were only there for 2 nights. Anyway no apologies or anything, and we paid for the spa room ! Could have offered a couple of free drinks or something at least to compensate.

Great views, stayed in 3br town house space was fantastic. Checking in was super efficient, customer service outstanding. We had a meal at the restaurant even though they were exceptionally busy they remained attentive and provided great service and the food was excellent and well priced.

Shower floors in both bathrooms were very slippery, not ideal. The main floor balcony could have been swept. A larger kettle would have been nice. The pool only heated during summer months? Large pool had lots of gunk on the bottom.

The location for walking to sites was very good. Sunday check in staff member was lovely & very informative

There were 2 courtyards on our apartment however we could not use them as they were not clean. We were woken very early on our 1st morning by workers dragging metal scaffolding off a metal trailer. Had we been informed this was to happen in the units above & beside we could have been prepared to leave unit earlier to go walking

Spacious and great kitchen facilities. Lovely view. Great facilities and good parking. Warm welcome and friendly staff.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable. The shower and furniture are in need of modernisation. The bedside lights were flickering and not dimmable.

Very large apartment, helped us check in after hours, decent staff. 2 terraces on the apartment which is great. Really close to a very very long foreshore walk and a very very long walk / cycle to port fairy. Next time will take my bike down on the train. We stayed a weekend but you could actually easily stay a week here, especially in summer. I think we'll do that on our next long Victorian holiday. This place would also be outstanding for families with kids, close to a very good park.

Some of the kitchen appliances are getting on a bit, but hey if they still work waste not want not.

The location was excellent as it was at a walking distance from the beach and very close to the children's park. The apartment was quite spacious and had all the facilities that made us feel at home.

The beds felt as they would sink in the middle and made it uncomfortable to sleep. I would slide towards the middle of the bed due to this reason and kept on waking up.
